Robert HHorrible customer service from the Uhaul customer service department. Could not get the key and customer service was of no help. The truck leaked water and it was storming that day. The windshield wipers did not work either. Very frustrating experience!!!!!

Brendan MIn the email from Uhaul I was given an address to drop off the trailer. But in the paper work was a different address to drop off the trailer. I went to both addresses to drop the trailer off. The first one said it was all full up to take it to the other uhaul location. Once I arrived at the second Uhaul place no one was there it was close to lunch time. I called the number on the paper work and was told I could just leave the trailer there.
Bessie BI got there at 11 the lock wouldn’t open to the truck I waited probably an hour then I had to go to Park Avenue to get one there it took almost 2 hours wasn’t happy
Susan KPlanned my day to arrive during the locations listed business hours. Arrived 30 minutes before closing time to find the place locked up tight, no one to assist me. I am retired and hurt my back removing the trailer from my truck. It is because of this that I will never used U-Haul again.
Donald SAn unmanned location, and the 24/7 app basically doesnt work, so it took about an hour to call U-Haul, get to the right people, make the pickup. May have been better to pick up from a manned location. The truck worked well, the app doesn't work - even the u-haul people I contacted via phone said so, and directed me o. the website
Charles KThere was a last minute change of location for the pickup. I caught the text message and adjusted, but the Beaver Dam location did not get it in time. This caused a delay, but once the manager of the location was made aware everything went very smoothly.

RALPH PThey charged too much truck wasn’t at the location had to drive over 50 miles to get it. Charged for 3 days on a rental that took only one day. Charged more because truck was picked up on Saturday then didn’t have storage on other end . Had to drive to different location for storage . Worse experience ever nothing went right.
