PRISCILLA PThe drop off was scary because there were no LIGHTS anywhere and we had to drop off at night!!! We actually missed the drop off place the first time because we couldn’t see it!! In the time that we live in and for the safety of your customers, this place MUST have some type of lighting!!!!
Alex CI traveled back and forth to this location 3 times to try and drop off the truck. Nobody was ever there during their posted business hours. The contract tells you (follow the instructions on sight for after hours drop off). I finally reached uhaul via phone and they told me to do the digital drop off. I completed the drop off before the 1:00 PM deadline and was notificed that I was being charged an additional $63.23. I dispute the charge during the drop off and an agent never contacted me. The only description for this charge was $3.48 for extra miles and $5.75 for taxes (which were driven going back and forth to the drop off location). The remailing balance was never described on the receipt. To top all of that off you can never get in touch with anyone via phone...

liz rDid not have the dolly's I requested nor did it have the moving blankets. Had tonwait for someone to show up to get truck. The truck was showing almost 300 more miles than what was on the paperwork. The person there did mot fix that either. I also had to drive over an hour here because my original reservation, that was “guaranteed”, was not available in original city.
