Francis HTrailer pulls very bad wham empty. Seems as if the weight distribution is off. Should be 60/40 but feels almost 50-50 causing it to road walk a lot and tires are way to hard causing a lot of bounce. I like the old trailers better

Robert MGate is coded on the outside only. Once you’re in it - you are locked in. Needs to have a code key pad on the inside as well so you can get out. Had to get help from another customer to leave. Ridiculous

James CSince I didn't get the moving blankets in North Carolina this place in Pikeville refunded the cost of the moving blankets.
Chris VThe only problem I ran into was I had planned to get off work at 8, get the U-Haul at 9, and be at the store to pick up my furniture before the store closed at 10. When I got to the pick up location at 9 the process took so long to verify my identity that it was 9:45 by the time I was rdy to drive away. Luckily, I made it there at 9:58 just as they where closing the doors and got to get my order.

Charles AThis wasn't the location or equipment I really wanted. Cost me 54 miles of extra driving, extra fuels costs, packing complications, and time. So i wasn't exactly impressed. Just needed a van but ended up with 20 ft. truck.
