I had such a positive experience at this location where as my previous try at a different one was very negative. We were helped and our reservation was respected as was others’. The previous place we made a reservation was cancelled on us and we feel that it is unfair to do that especially as we were in a huge time crunch. The people we spoke to in Starkville were rude and not at all understanding or apologetic. We understand it wasn’t their faults in particular, but nobody even tried to work with us. I’m thankful that we were able to finally receive what we needed when we needed with our reservation respected.

Vehicle windows were very dirty. Should have been cleaned.

Need someone on site during business hours in a uhaul dedicated space that is knowledgeable about all things relating uhaul and how to operate computers efficiently with a professional attitude. Truck was clean on the inside but dirty on the outside.

I had made the reservation in Savannah, TN due to it being the closest for our business needs. The reservation got moved to Counce, TN which was 24 miles out of the way (48 miles round trip). This location did not have someone on site that knew how to do the pick up, and then they didn't know where the keys were. Once I got into the truck, the windows were very dirty and covered in pine needles, and the back was dirty. I ended up having to pay an additional amount due to the mileage I drove that I did not choose to drive. We rent Uhauls a lot for our company and this was the worst experience of them all!

The U haul itself was very nice and a smooth ride. The only thing I would like to see improve is the people renting out the U hauls learn know what they are doing. The girl was texting on her phone and the process was taking forever, she didn't ask me how many trips I was going to be making or explain to me that if I went over the allotted mileage it was going to charge me so much for each mile. All she done was seen how far it was from my current address to my new address, which was 20mi. then she gave me 9 extra which didn't count for the trip from the store which was 20mi back to the moving address, the x2 trips from there and back to the new address, and then the 11.6mi to the drop off destination. The only thing she told me in between her texting was to fill it back up with gas so they don't charge you a $30 service fee plus the gas. So I filled it up and returned it even armouralled the cab and swept and swifferd the back end so it would take $25 off.

Needed a 15' truck but one was not available when I called. Man on phone told me to pay $50 online to hold 20' anyway which I didn't need. Wasted $50 and ended up having to pay extra for that 20' truck bc they didn't have the 15' one he said they would. The lady I dealt with in person was great. I don't appreciate having to pay $50 for nothing, though.
