I believe they owners name was Joe. He was very rude during the whole process. I checked in on the app and went in to sign and get the key. He said it doesn't work that way and wouldn't give me the key. His computer froze and he had to restart it. The computer was several years old and took a very long time to restart. Then when he was able to get logged in the truck wasn't in is his inventory because I had already did the check in process on my phone. He told me several times that it doesn't work that way and that I don't know what I am talking about. The whole process took about an hour and half to have home to give me the keys. He was very rude and difficult to work with. If I treated my customers in my businesses they way he treated me I would not have customers. You should really evaluate him and consider pulling his contract. I will never rent a U-Haul from him again.

The auto checkin system is a joke and very complicated to get through. It is definitely not user friendly. The drop off facility was closed and auto checkin took over an hour to get through the process and the system to work properly.

Inside walls of trailer were covered in used motor oil we had to clean and cover before we could load We checked for outside damaged but didn't open the back till we were ready to load Location was clean and employees good to deal with

The man who checked me in was great. He was very sweet and understanding! Even though I will never use U-Haul again if others I know do near here I will tell them how great they are!

* Mr Pickens, the proprietor was simply surly. He made us wait at the counter for at least 10 minutes without acknowledging our presence. He was standing 20 feet away. He acted like his rental business was just an unimportant inconvenience to his garage business. * He was very reluctant to address a problem with our contract (did not match invoice). That took another ten minutes to force him to grudgingly fix it. * The truck had not been serviced at all. Windshield and mirrors were filthy. When we turned it in we found wads of dog hair, a cardboard box, and food wrappers behind the seat. He didn't even remove the cleaning inspection sticker from the previous rental - which proves he didn't even do so much as touch the truck before giving it to us! All in all abominable, rude service. I would be embarrassed if this man represented my business. (And rest assured, he wouldn't for long.)

No issues w/ pick-up or drop-off locations—only issues were w/ the U-Haul company, as noted above—very disappointed and very inconvenient for us financially, as every penny counts for someone like us who is moving and on a tight budget, as we live paycheck to paycheck. We would really like it if U-Haul would reimburse us, but we are not holding our breath.

Very very tight parking for trucks and your vehicles. Office was literally inside of a car repair garage. The guy I dealt with was kind of grumpy, however he was kind enough to not charge us extra for having only 10 furniture pads instead of 12 (the pads never left the truck, so we assume the place we picked the truck up from shorted us when they packed them.)

This location was closed and while the owner did appear when we were just about ready to leave, there was not very much room to get the size truck we dropped off, off of the street. No parking lot for that size truck, but being a small town, there was not very much traffic. The owner was polite and took our paperwork and keys and told us that he would take care of it, which he did.

What an awesome experience! The man who checked us in, and did the rental, in WV, gave us an incredibly easy move into our new home. Picked up the truck, loaded and unloaded our stuff, and dropped the truck off in just a few easy steps! My bill was much cheaper than anticipated too! Thanks U-Haul! This was the easiest process online that we experienced through the whole moving nightmare!

Have a one (1) day price, instead of two (2) days, an additional fee if not returned during first 24 hours. I feel the price list for a dolly is high, considering $19.99 signs on the box trucks. Thanks and have a great day! NO PROBLEMS WITH THE EQUIPMENT.

Need to inform customers that the trucks need to be cleaned in and out. Wouldn't agree that the inside was any cleaner when I picked it up with dust bunnies floating around. Hard to find a place to wash a huge truck. Washing it won't remove all the deep scratches, surface scratches and dents. Will never use U-haul again and will never recommend them.

I set up with Nancy, via phone call, for a 20' Truck, stating that I needed free extra miles put on my contract because I would have to go far out of my way to pick up and return this truck. Every time I get a truck from Evan's in Sutton, the fee is only around $201. I was grossly overcharged with this Weston deal. You sent my credit card over the limit. Again, U-Haul did not stand up to what we agreed upon. Please correct this error and put the funds back on my credit card. Thank You, Deana J. Burke, Exec. In needed a utility dolly and I reserved one 5 days prior and there wasn't one there. I was unable to move my refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer and gun safe. I'm very displeased. I was also told that if I would have made it just a local trip and dropped off in Weston I would have saved 90$. When I spoke with the rep on the phone I asked what would be cheaper and I was lied too. I will not use Uhaul again and will advise others not to either on facebook and thru word of mouth.
