Have your trucks maintained and provide the equipment the customer ordered. The truck we rented was filthy and a bag with molded food was under the passanger seat. The service light went on only after 20 miles of driving and didn't go off anymore all the way from Georgia to Colorado. The heater didn't work, only one speaker worked, the truck was leaking oil and we had to refill oil 4 times on the way to CO. Overall the truck was to dangerous to let drive anybody with it.

verify that all accessories are in stock before saying they are. I reserved a dollie and was advised they had one, but once i got there I was informed they didn't have a 1.

I was called on Monday and told a location to pick up my trailer. When I got there, they didn’t have the trailer. They called around and eventually found me one. If you tell someone a location, you need to make sure you deliver and there is one there. Anything else is UNSAT!!!

Dropped it off Saturday where I was greeted by an Indian lady who couldn't explain anything to me except the fact "give me email my son call you Monday with final bill". I asked how I was getting charged and was there anything I needed to do before leaving. Her response no everything fine you get bill Monday. Awesome job u haul you guys are awesome. Buncha scams and searching for that almighty dollar is all y'all are. Couldn't even explain to me anything when I dropped it off, very professional guys

Was easy to pick up and drop off. Trailer I rented was good, tires were relatively new and lights worked.

The Rolling Dead Mechanic in Dublin, GA is not open on the weekend as stated on uhaul website it took a couple of hours to try and get everything straightened out and a new reservation in place..uhaul customer service was great though and so was pick and move!!

The person renting the item was very nice and helpful about the trailer and hooking up, etc...... The NEGATIVE THING: He refused to provide me any type of written receipt at the time of paying for the rental with my credit card over the phone.....It even has a warning on the back of the trailer, of it being a felony (I think), if stopped by police and you do not have a valid contract, etc When I returned the trailer, again he was so friendly and helpful, but again, he said they did not give out printed receipts, and that it would be emailed to me...(and what do people who don't have e-mail do...there are still poor people who don't have computers and smart phones, etc... I DO NOT LIKE THIS WAY OF DOING BUSINESS...... when i go into a place of business and rent something, I want a contract at that time.....stating what, how much, and any other optional charges or fees.....I have never had a problem with a U-Haul rental before...loved doing business with them. Someone needs to get their act together.... . If this is the new way U-Haul is going to do business, they should hang their head in shame.

I went to pick up the U-Haul the dolly was not in the truck. Had to go to the next town to pick it up. He was unable to print contract. He wrote down the mileage and gas on the back of a lottery ticket. The back of the truck was dirty and had debris in it. On returning the truck I had to go to two different locations to drop off U-Haul and car tow. Not a very good experience for the first time using U-Haul. Also was overcharged for car tow.

Lady spoke broken English that I had trouble understanding but finally understood that her son would check it in the next day and call me but never heard from them. I called the number on contract and advised lady that I was leaving the trailer there and I did.

Don't see that they need any improvements. Very cordial and professional. Will certainly use them again should the need arise.
