James GriffithThe guaranteed rental was supposed to be ready at 10:00 a.m. Arrived at location and no one was there.. didn’t pickup rental wasn’t available until almost 3 hours later. Also the location reeked of cigarette smoke making it difficult to breathe…was dirty wit ashes allover the floor.
Linda RatliffNo one was at the shop when I arrived to pickup the vehicle or when I returned the vehicle. There was a note on the door to text some number. The office was littered with cigarette butts and smelled so bad I had a hard time breathing. The truck was fine though.

ALAN DOYLEThe pick up experience was horrible through the app. It took over an hour. Eventually I had to call for assistance. I ended up having to do it online. Once I returned the vehicle, I was told I owed $40.85. I didn’t go over my mileage and the gas was so low that it hadn’t calibrated yet, but it was the same amount as when in picked up. The next day I was charged $60.85 and yet to know why.

She was very personable and kept in communication with me via text since I was turning it back in earlier than needed. Would recommend for ease and helpfulness in dropping off a truck.

dustinn rogersUhaul Vicksburg is the only uhaul I use. I am :30 minutes away from this location and there are more dealers closer but Darren always has great service and actually always has what I order. He doesn’t say he has something when he doesn’t. Wonderful dealer.
Kelly HowardInteraction with your field folks was very good. Using your App was a different story. Anytime I tried to login to account to verify I had dropped truck off, I requested a code sent to cell phone I would get a time out on session. I wasn’t impressed by it.

Waylan MooreOpened the trailer door and roaches were crawling everywhere. Very dirty and there was clothes and hangers on the ground. Absolutely disgusting and if I wasn’t in a bind and needed to use the trailer right then I would not have.

Marionna PridePlease inspect the tires better and replace them on a schedule. This was my second time using a car hauler and experienced one tire failing. Luckily it happened just before returning the trailer this time. Last time I was strained on the side of highway 61 between Baton Rouge and Natchez and took over an hour for someone to make it to me.
DANIEL STUARTThe wiring harness appeared to have been pinched to the point where wires were exposed and severed. It would help if the receiving facility did an inspection of returned trailers to detect this kind of finding and correct sooner.

will hALPINAfter drop off, trailer was transfered to a different checked in again and uhaul charged my account for a 5days late drop-off. When I picked up the trailer on Mar 4th and returned it on Mar 6th. The additional charges over drafted my account. I filed a dispute on Mar 8th. Never heard anything back. On the 24th a charged posted on my account. I lost 5hrs of work dealing with uhaul reps trying to get this error created by uhaul corrected. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. One other Corp indicated I dropped the trailer off at the wrong location. My contract dud not specify a drop off location. I can provide a fax copy of the contract if needed. Again the worst experience.
william benderActually the dealer was very helpful and knew what he was doing and his instructions were spot on and I am very satisfied with the dealer and the U-Haul company services. As a matter of fact my nephew rented a 6x12 trailer today.
