The appliance dolly I ordered did not come with the truck as stated. The fee was taken off but make sure all equipment requested is available at time of pick up

The real proble. was the app. It did not tell me the right place, so it took a while to search for it.

Totally dissatisfied with Uhaul. Was scheduled to pick up Uhaul in Hattiesburg and then 20 minutes out, received an email and my pick up location was in Gulfport. Location change with notification and this put more miles on me to drive BACK to Hattiesburg. Changed my entire plans!!!!! POOR, POOR customer service. Was placed on hold for over 35 miniutes the first call for help and 25 minutes for the second call.

The final location at Phillips Building Products 13080 Hwy 49 Gulfport, MS 39503 was fine however this is the 3rd location I had to go to because the other locations that I was scheduled for pick up at didn't have vehicles. I had been given two other locations with confirmation numbers - showed up and was then directed to two other locations. What a joke! What's the sense of getting a reservation. The first location I was sent to was just awful. No assistance at all.

Phillips was not my pick up location Andre's was but they did not have my guaranteed reservation. Phillips was my 3rd stop and they provided excellent customer service.
