Rep was very unprofessional!!! Had a 1130 reservation and noone was there. I was on lot near car dolly and rep was in my face accusing me of stealing a piece of equipment. Wouldn't believe I had a reservation. Warned/threatened me not to bring dolly back to his location. I tried to returned at Edgewood location and they assured me I would be safe to return at the location I rented it from per U-haul GM. My recent experience here really put me in a predicament where I hope to never have to use U-haul again and will pass this experience on to as many people as possible unless I am fully reimbursed or a formal apology is given. This guy should not but representing a U-haul branch.

The trailer was not available at the designated location. I had to go across town to pickup the trailer. Also fees were not accurately quote when the reservation was made.

The guy that issued equipment was Very rude..he didn't show up until 12 noon, the equipment mileage and fuel Guage didn't match up with what was indicated on the paperwork...I asked him for the paperwork as I inspected the exterior, he told me to go get it off the desk. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

I was charged for fuel that I didn't user,No one was on site for me to make it known that the truck was on E,Do I snapped pics, before I used the vehicle and after I returned it....The lady hung the phone up on me when I was trying to explain and the husband threatened me and called me names....I would NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER U-HAUL LOCATION.... AND I PLAN ON GETTING THE WORD OUT VIA TIK TOK
