I dropped this vehicle off at 8 am on thursday morning, I have since had numerous phone calls, messages and emails looking for the truck. Truly disappointed in uhaul. You should check ALL correspondence before harassing the renter over and over again.Rosemarie B.

Honestly, there were a lot of negative reviews for this location, so that made me a little nervous for renting from here. HOWEVER, it was surprisingly easy. The check-in process was great, the van was clean and worked well, drop off was easy, etc. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next rental.Miguel B.

Had reservations for 10 checked in online. No one was at the location until 10:45 and then they couldn't even give me the keys as they couldn't see the reservation. Returned the truck early 2:35 (instead of 4pm) same day and lo and behold the business was closed once again. Thankfully i did not have to wait to return. Did the process online and put the keys in the box and everything was smooth This place of business should not be doing u hauls if they dont plan on actually working. Thankfully i found a budget nearby for my next rentalsStephen B.

The back of the truck was not swept out & had lots of salt on the ground. There was a tissue on the dashboard. 2 tires were low on air. The lady was very rude. She didn't know how to process a return. She tried for 40 minutes. She wouldn't listen to the U-Haul customer service representative on the phone. After I told her she doesn't know how to do her job, she told me to shut up 3 times.Agata S.

Manager at location told us truck had no existing damage - no true. When we called and emailed - no return call or email received. Very disappointing and stressful. Would appreciate UHaul looking into matter and contacting us. Plus, license plate had expired in October...?Robert L.

All in all the experience was fine. I believe that they have only one vehicle (a van) available here. That's fine as it there when I needed it. I would have liked to have the option for a small truck though. The counter person didn't seem to have a total knowledge of the rental app.Christopher W.

The person helping me was very professional but the vehicle was not clean. The front and windshield was covered with bird dropping and in the inside, both the driver side and passenger side door pockets had had garbage in them. These were food wrappers and empty drink containers. Did not enjoy cleaning them.Reza H.

Sweep out the back. Air freshener. Make the online more streamlined so that you can just come in, show your license and go. Questions like getting a second number for a family member and not having a suitable response as to why that is required. Instead of addressing the issue I was told I could call the customer service line. In the end, it feels like you've been jerked around.Jason B.

When recieved smelt a little like smoke inside the van.Mohsen Y.
The lady was rude and at first said I didnt have a uhaul rented. Then said there was a problem and one wasnt available. Obviously a stressors for me since I had that day as my moving day with time off work and needing out of my place. In the end she was wrong and I did have a van booked. The van was then parked down the street instead of near the store. I had to walk to it and then drive back to the store. After leaving the store and driving the smell of cigarette smoke in the van was bad and I soon found out there was no windshield washer fluid. This caused an unsafe situation as there was a big rain storm and with a build up of dirt I had to pull over to clean the windshield with a shirt. When I dropped the van off I mentioned this and she said nothing other than "oh". Overall the lady was rude and not representing your brand well. The actual van drove great and a nice surprise but no windshield washer fluid and the smell of cigarettes wasnt acceptable.Wray O.

The attendant ripped me off. He claimed I did not return the van with less gas then what was provided. We argued over the mark left to indicate the gas level. The sheet indicated that that the gas was just at 7/8 and he said the sheet does.no reflect the actual gas gauge and that 2 liters more were required or I would be charged $8 so I had to go to a gas station and put 2 liters in. I felt like I was ripped off. He complained that customers ripped him off for 2 liters all the time, very unprofessional.kevin C.

Took the staff over 30 mins to do paperwork due to system failure, but ended up including that time in the 4 hrs of usage of vehicle. Also charged more on mileage, while wasn't able to see the starting mileage due to message on screen about tire pressure being low.zsolt A.

The person did not know where the truck was parked. When I asked questions about how to operate properly he Did not know that either. Engine light was ON. This is probably why truck used 15 litres of gas for 38 miles.Rajdeep S.

The truck was ready and clean. Was a bit worry about that engine light, but runs good. I did everything online for fast pick-up, but been waited more time for the key. This is the worst rental experience I had ever. First it took almost an hour waiting for collect the truck just because the system was not working well; 2nd, I only drove 24 km and before I return the vehicle I added 6 L gas, I thought it was enough but turned out I was asked to pay 29 bucks because they said I didn't turn the right gas amount. 24km/6L, what kind of gas efficiency the vihecle is! I will never go back to uhaul again, it's very disappointed!Zhi C.
