I was overcharged. Even after dropping the behicle back after 6 hours, I was charged for 3 additional days dur to store being closed.Clinton G.
The people at the location were lovely, the van was clean and operated well. The difficulty I had was with the website and auto check-in. I received multiple texts and emails, and some had conflicting information about where to return the van. During booking online, the information about location was also problematic. I tried to book in one place and my order said it was a different location. When I tried to call the 1-800 to confirm, the wait was over 20 minutes to talk to anyone.Pauline D.

Had a problem with mobile pickup. It took almost 90 mins to get ahold of U-Haul making the hole move late. We had to pay late charges at both the new apt and for the people we hired to load and unload. The floor of the truck looked like someone washed it with mud. Theres no way to tell how much gas you put it. I had to overfill to avoid being overcharged. Totally rotten experience. The beat thing about it was the employee at Pets on the go who went above and beyond to try to resolve the issue. I will never deal with U-Haul againRhonda A.

The check-in process was a breeze, the return however, did not work at all. The website was completely down. This caused a little bit of panic, as I had to figure out a phone number to call. Luckily, the vehicle was not rented to someone after me that day. So please make the return webapp more reliable.Daniel T.

App issues couldn't pickup via app. App crashed and could not get keys. Vehicle was previously damaged upon pickup. Vehicle was filled 3/4 full instead of being full. Agent on site was not knowledgeable at all I literally had to tell her to call dispatch to report issues. Insurance was double and she couldn't figure out why. It just was the way it was and I said no it's not call your dispatch. Dispatch resolved it. Then I had to convince her to come outside to review the vehicle condition. She didn't again know what to do about damage. I asked her to just give me the dispatch number at that point so I could talk to them and report the existing damages. Additionally the front left tire was low in air according to the vehicle and I didn't see that untill I turned on the vehicle. Overall the whole experience was poor and I may not come back to rent from U-Haul againMichael F.

I was very unhappy with the service as she charged me 9kms over what the speedometer read, she said yes i see that but the computer is saying something different and that does not make sense. Then there is a sign that reads 10% off for military and i asked about it and showed my ID and she says oh i can't do that i don't know how and no where to put that in??? How can you advertise this but not have the knowledge to input it. I would love for someone to contact me as i had Uhaul booked for 27 Mar and i am cancelling it. 9022107685anna S.

There was a lot of confusion surrounding this reservation. The dollies were not in the truck as reserved and we had to go back and forth to another location to pick up these items. It costs extra mileage, gas, money and time that I had to pay extra on top of the contract. I felt that I should not have been charged for this. I am not pleased with the outcome.Joni R.

The staff are excellent and accommodating and the vehicles clean and in good order. Parking is just a little tricky, but that is minor. This is my second time renting from this location and I will be back in future.Jennifer P.
When I booked a 10 foot truck it's because I need a 10ft truck, you continually let me think this is what I am going to get then say you won't let a 10 foot truck out of the city on a one way trip!! Confirmed on the day before a 10 foot truck was available at The booked location only to be told again no go!??Murdo F.

The staff were not trained. It took no less than one hour of waiting for the lady at the counter to enter my information into the system. I was late for 2 appointments because of this. She also told me that I had the van for 24 hours, but the next morning I got a call from a different lady saying I was late. This woman wasn't very reasonable or understanding whatsoever. Upon returning the vehicle (after 18 hours) I was told that I owed a late fee, which I wasn't aware of. When I said I wasn't aware of this she said "well I have your credit card info anyway" in a condescending way. I will never return to this location and I will be recommending on the future that my friends and family go elsewhere as this was a terrible experience and ended up being more expensive than I was led to believe.Nicholas M.

This has been the worst Uhaul service experience. Initially all my booking information was filled out online, so when I went to pick up the rental you would think the process would be simple. It took almost 30 to 45 minutes to get the rental agreement sorted. The staff processing was not familiar with the system at all and we had to get her manager on the phone to sort things out. After I returned the vehicle, I was a couple hours later than the 24 hour mark, but the manager had agreed beforehand that I would only be charged for 1 day. I was charged for 2 days though as the staff mis-processed. The manager was helpful in sorting out the matter and eventually refunded me. The next day after the refund, I recieved another invoice in the original amount. This stated I owed money. I ignored thinking it was in error and then a week later get another statement saying if I dont pay its going to collections! This has been a never ending headache of an experience.Wahib T.
The equipment I ordered wasn't there. I booked it for seven hours, and the place closed by six!? We ended up having to call mutiple reps at the customer care to figure out what could be done. The only thing they did was let us drop it off in the morning. I believe after an experience like this we should of received a discount on our overall bill. I will NEVER pick up a U-Haul from a third party location again. I doubt I would even rent from them again. The staff at Pet Stuff was as helpful as they could be, and it shouldn't reflect them .TREVOR M.

The service was terrible from beginning to end. The lady did not know how to use the UHaul system. It took45 minutes to get the truck with zero other people ahead of me. When she did process the truck rental she could not print the contract or email it. As well when I returned the truck she did not know how to apply the refund from the deposit to my credit card. I did receive that confirmation however the funds are still not in my account. I will never use this location and would never refer it to anyone I know. I felt bad for her but moving is a time sensitive and already stressful event. Training at this location is needed desperately. If I had been pulled over I would have had no proof that I was insured on the truck nor that I had permission. All around bad service. She was very friendly and I felt bad for her but that has nothing to do with the time or the fact of no documents. Having hired people to move me it all took the first 30 minutes I had to pay out of pocket for their time.Kassinda T.
