Furniture dollies, utility dolly, and furniture pads were not in the truck. Called Uhaul customer service and they were no help. Drive back to the place and they only had 1 dolly and 1 furniture dolly. No pads. They said they would credit the account. I called Uhaul Customer service again to make sure I wouldn't be charged for the missing items. She told me she put in notes. Returned truck and said I didn't agree with charges, and received a message someone would contact me within 48 hours. Was never contacted and received the receipt where I was still charged for a furniture dolly and furniture pads I never received. Worst customer service I've ever received from any rental company.Timothy K.
This location is a gas station. There is no office or any U-Haul employee to help. The only person there is the cashier at the convenience store. She handed me over the key for the truck after talking to someone on the phone for 30 minutes. The truck was so filthy that the movers I hired refused to load it. I called customer service and went back to the gas station to swap trucks. Almost an hour waiting. This was the worst experience ever. DO NOT, under any circumstances use this Pick Up location.Milton R.
Uhaul has been a great experience. Preferred Movers which was on site recommended for help unloading was a completely different story. Prepaid for 2 movers to show up and help me unload. After 15 minutes at my house, 1 mover just disappeared and second mover called his boss who told him he would need to leave. They also could not guarantee when they could have other movers come to help me unload 26' uhaul. This left me with no other option but to hire another company which charged almost twice as much to help me unload. Fortunately, uhaul has promised to fully reimburse me for what was spent with Preferred Movers which I have not been reimbursed for yet.ERIC S.

I'm upset with the person who instructed me how to rent the UHAUL through the website on my phone. It was my first time I rented. I'm here in Orlando learning English, studying. The woman told me that the $130 amount was insurance and that it would be returned to me later if there was no problem and then the $29.95 amount would be charged to my card at the time of return. I'm upset and disappointed with the service. I said I was learning English and trusted her work to help me understand and rent UHAUL. I don't know if I would recommend or rent the UHAUL again. The truck was not cleaned after the last user. The back of the truck was infested with ants. The app did not recognize the location and I had to deal with the gas station attendant and while they were lovely it took over 30 minutes to figure out my order and started me late.Ronald T.

Have a better check in to verify when and what time the vehicles are returned. I clicked the link to verify the amount I was charged and noticed I was charged for twice. My rental was returned at 7 but my statwnt said 10:33 Pm. I gave the key to the clerk. I noticed that I was charged twice. I will only go to a U-Haul from now on and not a store.Shantavia B.

The van barely had any breaks. I completed my reservation online and had to wait when I arrived at the location just to pick up my keys. I was told that the truck that I reserved had to be checked and in before I could get the keys. I was also over charged and had much difficulty reaching a U-Haul representative on Saturday.Margaret F.

Horrible customer service. I kept being told to stand to the side with no explanation. I was never explained expectations of the vehicle, no vehicle inspection, and zero paperwork. Process took roughly 30 minutes and lady at the counter said they didn't have my reservation before somehow finding it 20 minutes later after she gave me her phone to text somebody. Make sure the trailer works ( my car came off of the tow dolly in the middle of the road ) . Lights didn't work on the dolly and I have to drive to another location to get fixed. Also the employee wasn't trained on how to attach trailer. ( he was apologetic ) but didn't know how to do itAshley D.
