The truck needed air in the front right tire and the driver's door had to be slammed in order to close properly. Otherwise, everything went very smoothly and the two people working at pick up and drop off were friendly and helpful. There was a gross cigarette smoke smell in the truck but I am sure it is difficult to monitor. Despite those few things, I would rent from this location again.Tammy K.

the truck worked fine, but it was very dirty inside even with trash in the door and dirt on the floor; dust you could write your name in on the dash. it was parked so close to the vehicle next to it in their parking lot, it took a long time to back out. All of my attempts to use your online service, supply all needed information, was for naught. They had to re-enter it all inside the gas station, while various characters walked past me with no masks on. i felt very unsafe. I do appreciate being able to rent a truck like this, but, why be so sloppy and dirty? why not do a good job of cleaning it? why is your computer system so non-functional? even the clerk in the gas station could not check me out when i returned it. after standing there quite a while, he had to just write down my miles and handle it later; i left without knowing my full charges.Nancy M.
The furniture pads that we ordered were not provided when we picked up the truck. None were at this location. Some of our furniture got dinged up. The person at the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing when we picked up the truck. It also took a long time to get our refund for the furniture pads that weren't provided. 1st I made my rental more than a month before the date of my move, which was changed just before my move to a location that was not as convenient as the place I chose.The person I worked with was not a particularly friendly guy. He didn't make it seem like I was important to the business he was undertaking. He didn't make it clear as to the vehicle I would be renting. I was told by uhaul that I would be given extra mileage because of the change I mentioned above but was charged for extra miles. It was not a good experience. Try to do the opposite of the way I was dealt with to make the experience better for the next person.Carey S.

I used the App to pick-up my 10 foot van, and the App took some patience to use. But really, was convenient and aided the collection & drop-off.Stephen G.

The employee was not friendly and was lazy. The truck was covered in ice, didn't have an ice scraper and was stuck in the snow. That takes time to fix and you have a time limit to bring it back. The truck was dirty inside and had candy wrappers, Gatorade bottles, and dog bones scattered throughout. Will never go to this location again. Unacceptable service.Brittney L.

Fantastic help at the store. Really helped me out with needed equipment when I was experiencing a last minute bind with my honesale. Prior issue was caused by prior local movers forgetting to pack 2 furniture pieces and the local Uhaul center saved the day.MARK P.

We had to use this spot because the West Bend store did not have a truck for my confirmed order. When I called all I could get was to go to another city Never AgInDan L.
I did not (at all) like the fact that I had to do the check-out using my phone. The worker said u-haul requires patrons to use the phone for checkout. I don't know how that can be true, but if it is, it's ridiculous. It also seemed a bit pricey for 9-hour rental.stefanie N.

Was unable to print copy of contract and was charged for safe move coverage which was not offered or explained to me and I had no option to accept or decline.Was not aware of this charge until the final billing and was told it was to late to remove charges.randall S.

The only issue was that we were misquoted the price by 100%. That said the person who made the reservation called upon learning of the error and sincerely apologized for the mistake. Mistakes happen so no big deal. It did cost an extra $300 which is a cost of moving so oh well.Linda W.

Wasn't very welcoming. It was in a gas station so the attendant was busy with other customers. I was initially told that they weren't expecting the truck and I couldn't return it there. Then they found it in the system. I had to go out and take pictures of my gas and mileage and I felt more like I was a burden to the clerk.steve S.

My order for a 15ft truck was cancelled two days before my move as the location claimed it didn't carry them, and didn't offer any replacement or upgrade. Got a 10ft and found there to be two 15 or 20fters in the back. Very frustrating. Otherwise the equipment worked as expected but the lack of communication on the trucks ahead of two days before my move was highly unprofessional.Robert M.

Uhaul gave us a return location 20 miles from where we landed but not enough free miles to get there. Again, lack of customer service on Uhaul's part. However the people at this location were kind enough to call Uhaul and take in our return so we didn't get stuck paying for mileage. They were closer to my sons apartment and were very helpful unlike Uhaul itself.Margaret B.
They were helpful only because they were speak in a cell phone & on speaker..I rented the truck for 2 days use and I didn't even pick the truck up until Friday afternoon om 11/2/18 because I was sick as a dog with the flu I heard they were going to over charge me because I was ...I was early returning the truck back by 60+ minutes. The online pricing did not match what they told me at the location. They had to correcct it at the location. It was hard to understand the person at times. It took an hour in the location before I left with the truck. Personel needs more training in truck rental. The truck was fine once I got it. I will use it again for sure.Jerry B.

The people were great at this location, but I was notified the day before that the original location did not have the vehicle I reserved (over a month in advance) and so I would have to pick up at a different location. This location was 25 minutes out of the way! Not happy about that part of it. I was also charged additional mileage because I had to drive the vehicle further, then, to get to our moving site.Peter F.
