Fantastic help at the store. Really helped me out with needed equipment when I was experiencing a last minute bind with my honesale. Prior issue was caused by prior local movers forgetting to pack 2 furniture pieces and the local Uhaul center saved the day.

I upgraded to a larger truck 1.5 weeks before I needed it and still got the smaller truck 1st ordered. It took 45 min to register the truck before I could take it.

I did not (at all) like the fact that I had to do the check-out using my phone. The worker said u-haul requires patrons to use the phone for checkout. I don’t know how that can be true, but if it is, it’s ridiculous. It also seemed a bit pricey for 9-hour rental.

Double charged for rental...was told to contact bank. Really pissed off- on a fixed income and you pull this crap? Pay $80 to rent a tiny truck, drive 6 miles and put $7 in gas tank?? This will go to BBB a soon as possible!!!

Attendant had very little knowledge of application process. Took 45 min. Was unable to print copy of contract and was charged for safe move coverage which was not offered or explained to me and I had no option to accept or decline.Was not aware of this charge until the final billing and was told it was to late to remove charges.

Lot was a little difficult to get out of for the size truck rented (20-ft). Britany was very nice and knowledgeable.

Ordered blankets and a dollie which were not in the truck - had to go back in and ask where they were. They didn't have blankets but they did have a dollie in the store.

Location is sub-par. It is the polar opposite of the fabulous location in West Dundee, IL. Improvement would require a new location, new building and ample parking etc.

Second time renting with you, everything went smoothly and as expected.

The only issue was that we were misquoted the price by 100%. That said the person who made the reservation called upon learning of the error and sincerely apologized for the mistake. Mistakes happen so no big deal. It did cost an extra $300 which is a cost of moving so oh well.

Wasn't very welcoming. It was in a gas station so the attendant was busy with other customers. I was initially told that they weren't expecting the truck and I couldn't return it there. Then they found it in the system. I had to go out and take pictures of my gas and mileage and I felt more like I was a burden to the clerk.

My order for a 15ft truck was cancelled two days before my move as the location claimed it didn't carry them, and didn't offer any replacement or upgrade. Got a 10ft and found there to be two 15 or 20fters in the back. Very frustrating. Otherwise the equipment worked as expected but the lack of communication on the trucks ahead of two days before my move was highly unprofessional.

It was close to our locations so it was convenient, process was easy and painless but a small parking area so hard to maneuver the vehicle. I wouldn't mind seeing how the actual UHaul location is set up.

Uhaul gave us a return location 20 miles from where we landed but not enough free miles to get there. Again, lack of customer service on Uhaul’s part. However the people at this location were kind enough to call Uhaul and take in our return so we didn’t get stuck paying for mileage. They were closer to my sons apartment and were very helpful unlike Uhaul itself.

They were helpful only because they were speak in a cell phone & on speaker..I rented the truck for 2 days use and I didn't even pick the truck up until Friday afternoon om 11/2/18 because I was sick as a dog with the flu I heard they were going to over charge me because I was ...I was early returning the truck back by 60+ minutes. The online pricing did not match what they told me at the location. They had to correcct it at the location. It was hard to understand the person at times. It took an hour in the location before I left with the truck. Personel needs more training in truck rental. The truck was fine once I got it. I will use it again for sure.

The people were great at this location, but I was notified the day before that the original location did not have the vehicle I reserved (over a month in advance) and so I would have to pick up at a different location. This location was 25 minutes out of the way! Not happy about that part of it. I was also charged additional mileage because I had to drive the vehicle further, then, to get to our moving site.

The team had very little knowledge about what they’re supposed to be doing, resulting in long wait times. Also, I was told that in be getting a portion of my payment back, and was given a refund receipt, but the $130 Sone balance never showed on my card.

Petro mart was out of gas when I went to fill up and return truck. I had to drive to another location to fill up gas tank then come back to end transaction. Frustrating. Salesperson was not as friendly, but finished the transaction.

The woman checking us in had a very difficult time. It took over a half an hour to check us in as she couldn't get the computer to work correctly. We waived the insurance, but she couldn't process it without us taking the insurance, so we had to take it and then call the 800 number to get it reversed. Not sure if it was her or the system.

I was quoted $106 online, but when I called this location, the man told me to disregard the online reservation. The quote was raised to $146. I requested the $106, he told me to not worry, everything would be charged correctly. I was still charged $146. I thought I had unlimited mileage, was charged another $33 at the drop off location. I would have gone to Penske if I had known I was going to be overcharged twice.

Did a local move with all my belongings into a storage unit. The truck was very nice it was only a 10-foot truck but it was still dependable and got the job done. All for under a hundred bucks. I'm happy.

The inside cab smelled like febreeze and smoke but other than that the truck was clean. Also, it would have been nice for the attendant to back out and pull in the truck from where they are parked. it’s a very tight squeeze and an accident waiting to happen

TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET THING SITUATED. RESERVED AHEAD OF TIME ONLINE. REQUESTED TO NOT HAVE SAFE MOVER. BETWEEN ALL THE TIME FIGURING THINGS OUT IN STORE IT GOT ADDED. MY CARD WAS CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES AS WELL. WAS TOO MUCH OF AN HASSLE.
