Maybe they could turn down the TV show they like to watch, when they are trying to speak with customers. Also thanks for charging me for an additional day when I brought it back 10 minutes late, I would understand a late charge but not an entire days rental should have been charged. I did move all my stuff using the truck so I guess it could have been worse.

First it's very difficult to get through to uhaul and they dont followup. Last minute I rented the car trailer because no one could find one. Once rented and after one hour I could not load the car on the trailer as the ramps needed to be longer. I called the rental place for a refund and they refused. I would like my money back please and I'd I have to pay 10 to 20 percent charge, I'm on with that. Let me know what you can do ao I can change my opinion of uhaul. Thanks

I had asked for the Kingsville location. I was re-directed to Leamington which I agreed to. But it cost us more money due to additional mileage. I would have thought since it was Uhaul that redirected us, we would not be charged for the mileage both ways to Leamington which was out of our way.

Used mask in the truck when we got in and had issues with the key in the ignition being really hard to pull out. Also a yellow warning light "tow/haul" but was told it was no problem and just to drive it. The man at this location is rude and spoke to me like a child with disrespect. He had a problem and he took it out on me. He is ot a people person and should not deal with the public. I had to wait pay while he made a sub for someone in the store. Didn't tell me there was a key deposit and could have dropped off keys earlier but he was upset even though it was setup on line. Told me drop off was at 7 am but they didn't even open till 8 am. This person made me very upset but keep cool and left after I paid but I should not have to accept that kind of behaviour from anyone. He is known for this type of behaviour, others are sharing their experiences with me about his behaviour toward them. Will not be dealing with him in the future and will steer others away from uhaul at this location.

The inside of the truck was a bit dirty. The person in front of me didn't sweep it well but otherwise no major issues

We were supposed to return the truck to another location, but when we got there, they told us that there was no room for another truck, and redirected us to the location we did return it to. I had a hard time understanding how they could be full when we had that particular location reserved for return. At the location we did return it to, the only hiccup was that we had to move the truck after parking it right next to, and in the same manner as, all the other U-Haul vehicles that were already there. Signage directing where U-Hauls should be left, if not in an obvious spot, would be helpful.

When I first googled uhaul it only showed me 1 place in leamington that had rentals. Not this location. So I booked a 26 ft truck and when I got there the guy said he had a 15 ft truck and that was it. He said if you book online that it just assumes that there are trucks at the location. THIS COULD HAVE MADE MY MOVE VERY STRESSFUL IF I WOULD HAVE ONLY HAD A 15 FT TRUCK. Fortunately he sent me to the location where I got the truck and they had 1 for me to rent. I did not like the fact that he told me that there was less than a quarter tank of gas and I had to bring it back with MORE than a quarter tank. I maybe used $15 worth of gas but I Had to put in at least $30. The brakes weren't great and there was no air conditioning.

Check engine light was on when I received the van, but it ran just fine. Starting making a weird noise as I was arriving back at the dealer. Warned the owner about it, great customer service :)

the roll-up door at the back of truck did not open easily needed extra effort to push open completely. cargo area had a smell of diesel fuel or gasoline. the rented blankets were dirty and dusty with dog hair which got onto my furniture and the store did not have a furniture dolly to rent which was critical in the move. not impressed.

We attempted to deliver the truck to a different location & was informed they were full needed to go to this location on Erie St N, not only did they argue about dropping it off to them, they were rude and disrespectful of receiving the truck, they proceeded to bill us for gas even though it was where it needed to be if we could have delivered to the agreed upon location. We also returned the truck a day early so Uhaul would have been able to rent out again and make double their money. Unfortunately we had to use uhaul to move long distance, but for local rental requirements suggest using a different rental company. Zero start rating.

Drop off cluster. U-Haul told me to drop in Kingsville and they refused it. made me drive to Leamington as there lot was to small for trailer. I called U-Haul to make sure i was not charged for location change and employee at drop off was arguing with service. I had to take more time to drive extra to drop off and then I had to mediate the employee on site and on line to get agreement that i will not be charged. What a mess. I serious think you OWE me much more then the lousey 50.00 credit. I had to sit road side i had to drive all over for poor communication and I had to interact with employees on line and onsite......

Poor customer service. The uhaul was filthy and according to paperwork left by previous customers hadn't been cleaned in a month. Paperwork showed personal info (name, address, phone #, email and birthdate)! Worse was the ammunition found on the cab floor which delayed our move by an hour waiting for police to pick up. Dealer did not apologize and said "it happens". Ummm ... it was ammunition .... it shouldn't happen!!!

The people who run it were not very helpful. When we went to reserve it the fellow would not give us a copy of the reservation. We picked up the next day and he did not connect it up. When we returned it he told us to park it in the same spot but he never checked it out at all and luckily we had gotten the email from uhaul detailing the information so we knew that they had reserved for 2 days instead of one. Over all we were very disappointed with this rental.

Worker seemed to not know how to work the program. I had originally booked a 5x8 trailer. When I got there I was told my booking was cancelled, and that I would need to get what was available, a 6x12 which was mlm or than double my original quote for rental. He did however honour the original price for the larger trailer, but uhauls program was not cooperating in adjusting the price, which resulted in me staying there for over an hour while he figured it out.

I returned the vehicle within the agreed time-frame, and before the location was open for the day, and was disappointed to later learn an After Hours Service Fee of $20 was added for doing so. This should be explained to customers up front, rather than surprising them when the bill shows up.

We were told the truck would be there at 10. The truck was late. The air didnt work in the truck. Front end or tires were out of round or loose. Made it back safe no problem other than no air conditioning on a warm humid day.

Truck came fairly dirty in the cab and in the box. There was garbage in the back. And the interior was pretty dirty too. Cup holders had coffee spills. Floor was dirty. And crumbs on the dash. Another location I rent from frequently has the customer sweep out the back of the truck where a supplied broom. I think that's a great idea. It keeps the trucks looking clean and cared for.

Lost key was waiting for 5 hours to get info ti cut key..there should always be a second key. It cost 75 $ to get a new key and had to drive 2hours to get it.

Fuel rip off: I paid very careful attention to filling the gas tank to at least where I received it, followed your instruction chart, from 1/4 added 16.7 L checked and added more gas 19.01L in total. I was told I had to Pay $10.00 not 3,5,7 or more L, of course I was returning it to a gas station. I will never use U-Haul again nor will I ever recommend U-Haul to anyone

I was ripped off with gas. Drove 35 miles and put 17$ in gas in. Brought up to where it was supposed to be. The guy claims it was to low so charges me an additional $10. $27 for 35 miles in gas seems like a rip off to me

Have an option for the cashier to convert miles to km, he charged us the price for miles we only drove 50km so it ended up costing me almost 100 bucks for the 10ft truck

The attendant would not come outside to help me LIFT the tongue of the 6x12 trailer off of the GROUND. Why the hell do you guys not have a crank dolly leg on the front of ALL the heavy trailers?? My wife had to help me lift it and she now has a VERY sore back from it and has to go to the doctors as soon as she can get an appointment. Why dont you get your boss and 10 other RANDOM people from your office to go out and try to pick up the tongue of a 6x12 off of the ground and put it onto a trailer hitch ball Let me know how many people can do it ?

My pickup location was changed from one town to another a couple hours before I was scheduled to pickup a rental. The town I was changed to was further out of my way. I had double checked my pickup location the night before and it was confirmed to be okay. What happened? Extremely disappointed as nobody would even offer me a discount on gas or mileage for this inconvenience. Due to this screw up, I will never rent from u-haul again or recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service!!! Good day !

The first truck that was issued was filthy inside and smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. The truck was used to travel a total of 6 miles. The owner implied that the fuel consumption was equal to 4 liters of fuel, which I did not agree with, and despite being a frequent user of these vehicles, a verbal argument ensued leaving me feeling like I wish I would have rented from somewhere else. I have another reservation booked for Tuesday and I have called 3 other locations to try and relocate my business.

I would recommend in the winter when somebody has an appointment to pick up a truck at a certain time to maybe start it and clear off all the snow that would be a good service
