The yard is all mud. The trailer was fully of debris and leaves etc Even though I booked the trailer through the app it seemed like none of my information was on the system. My checkin too a long time because the attendant took preference with gas customers and took care of them before she "had the time" to deal with the uhaul reservation.

The engine light was on in the truck that I was given. It would’ve been nice to have a vehicle that had been fully serviced as the potential for the vehicle breaking down during my use was greater than it would’ve been had the engine light not been on.

Uhaul dealer had absolutely no idea how any of it worked. This has been my experience every single time I've used Uhaul for anything. Would never rent again Penske from now on.

I have rented the same trailer twice now in the last month. On the first rental the roll up door was difficult to use. On this rental it actually jammed up and the door would not go up nor down Fortunately someone was around to muscle the door closed or I would have unable to travel with trailer loaded and the door partially open.

Really easy in and out, location open 24 hours so could drop off very late which I did - Staff friendly. I had a problem with my electrical which we did not know if it was the trailer or my car. They should have had a cheap and easy device to plug on to my car to see if I had power - this is my only complaint. I was able to go get it fixed before resuming my rental. I was also impressed with how affordable a little trailer rental was for a weekend. Will definitely do it again - thx Uhaul.

This was a trailer rental. The unit was clean and appeared in good condition. Hook up was clean and lights were tested. Enroute we observed that a turn signal was not fully functional. After loading our item onto the trailer one of the tires required additional air.

Was advised of van location very late and had to source transport to get to the new location. Original location is walking distance. Lost 30 mins of my rental getting there, checking in and making it more distant to my trip overall. Notice should be 24 hrs in advance.

Rented trailer for a few hours. The girl helped me out quickly no problems. Would rent from same location if I need to. 5 stars. There were 2 marker lights out on the trailer. Trailer worked with no issues. Was clean

My reservation was canceled due to a mechanical issue with the truck. I required a truck for 2 days. The only replacement available for 2 days was in Simcoe, which was not a viable pick up location for me. I was offered a truck for 1 day from this location, and I accepted that. This complicated my move a lot. I did not get notified of the change until I phoned the pick up location AFTER my scheduled pick up time. I would advise you to inform your customers of sudden cancelations when they occur, and not wat until they pick up fir them to find out.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and organized space within the store. Everything was fully stocked and there were no surplus stock items cluttering the floor. It also smelled clean. Clearly the people working here take great pride in their store. Uhaul service was excellent.

Very poor customer service. Was waiting around for over an hour while they had computer problems. Had confirmation email and did not get use of any vehicles, especially trailer which was a confirmed online rental. I expect $50 per your policy to be credited. We had to find other means of moving items to storage. Very upset.

Quicker way to check in and rent trailer I had to wait when other customers came in to the store and online website would not recognize my truck so I had to call in the morning to confirm the trailer I wanted otherwise I assumed I could reserve a trailer online

Staff friendly and courteous, although I was not told the dollies I rented were not inside the truck and I had to come back for them. Truck was absolutely filthy and I wondered about the safety of the brakes.

My pick up location was changed 2 times over a 48 hours period. I originally picked a location within walking distance from my residence. Then it was moved to a location a 5 minute drive away. Then it was moved to the final location clear across and out of the city. I understand things happen, but that was ridiculous and so inconvenient. The customer service reps were polite and helpful. It wasn’t their fault for this. But it was very frustrating. It made the short rental time stressful and added a lot of driving time and kilometres to my day/bill. Please make sure the system reflects what’s available properly. Not have to flip flop customers to multiple locations.

The staff was very friendly. The trailer that I had reserved was not there, and the staff member had said that another customer had taken the trailer by accident and that I would have to use a different trailer. After hooking up another trailer, which was completely different from the one I reserved, I noticed that quick link that connects one of the safety chains to the trailer was not tightened. After trying to tighten it with the staff member we noticed that it was bent and unusable. I then swapped out this piece for another from a trailer that was going to be reserved as per the staff member. All in all very good staff, just was not prepared to not get the trailer I reserved, or the fact that I did the swap on the broken part myself.

Van was very new but pretty dirty. Debris , dirt and cardboard in back. Pet hair all over the seats. There was also an apple air tag in the van I rented. I kept getting security warnings from my iPhone. I wouldn’t rent from this location again.

there was some chunks dry wall and some drywall nails that could have been swept out . other than that the trailer towed well and really worked well for our move. i would use again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The trailer was clean but the tire pressure in one wheel was only 33% of correct pressure and one signal light wasn’t functioning. I could live with that. What was totally unacceptable was the incompetent reservation service. My original reservation was changed and I had to drive 47 km to the new location. That wasted additional fuel and two hour of my time.

My only negative comment would be that I had to hook up the (6X12 enclosed) trailer by my myself. The tongues weight on these trailers is considerable (my guess is well over 100 pounds) and to lift the tongue from the ground and maneuver it onto the trailer ball is no easy feat. By comparison, when I have rented previously from the Ancaster location the attendants hooked the trailer onto my truck and it was a much better experience considering that I am over 70 years old.

The back of van was fithy, the windshield was discussing could hardly see, the temperature gage was on whole time and there was a message the whole time I drove it. I was told that the customer cleans it. I would not ever rent from this location ever again.

Send them to the gentleman at the Petro Canada after having to cancel the first booking because of the truck being blocked in the back with no way or help to get it out the gentleman at King George fixed us right up & minus the 2 hours we had lost. He sure saved the day! I think customers should be told clearly b4 hand about the phone work to be done b4 u pick up the truck. I thought I had done it all when we booked the truck. Moving is busy & stressful, hard to read the fine print.

The door on the trailer was a little stiff, but other than that the rental was an excellent experience. The woman there was courteous, pleasant and very helpful. When I returned it the fellow was also great. It's nice to do business with folks like that.

reservation was changed the day before o a location that was an extra 1 hour drive out of the way each way. the location was a gas station with gas station attendants and not Uhaul trained. I could not attach the trailer when I arrived and the gas station attendants had no training either, we had to ask other customers for help. The trailer had several tail lights out and there were multiple dents and scratches that were not reported, there were also many that were reported. When returning the trailer I could not unhitch the trailer, then I asked the gas station attendants for help they just replied that they do not know how and said "what are you going to do about it". I was in the rain for a half hour trying to unhitch the trailer before insisting that the gas station attendants help but they could not help me, I had to ask for help from other customers.

The customer service with the cashier was incredible for rental and the return. The service is great, I wouldn't have changed that for anything. The only issue I ran into was the electrical connectors were damaged which made the signals not work so I mentioned it to the cashier and he said he was going to get service done on it and switched trailers for me. Every safety caution for me was taken for me with no problem so I was very happy. The front inside wall of the trailer I was given was a little dirty so I made sure my items didn't touch it. This locations cashiers deserves a raise in pay! 😁

While the gas station attendant was pleasant and courteous, it is difficult for the cashier at this Petro Can station to tend to his gas customers ...AND...try to deal with a U-Haul customer at the same time. The trailer was relatively clean, HOWEVER< the sliding back door needs to be be maintained as it was difficult to lift up the door and once loaded, even more difficult to close! The fact that a construction company doing major repairs on Hwy 24, going north out of Brantford, ALSO shared the parking lot of this gas station made it difficult to pick up and drop off the trailer . I was allowed a 48 hr. window to return that trailer and I returned it by 6PM on Thursday,May 18th.. maybe 26hrs into the rental. I found out that within a few hours of arriving back in Brantford (While stuck in Toronto Rush Hour traffic, ) a U-Haul rep called my home asking just when the trailer was going to be returned, as there was another customer who needed to rent a trailer right at that moment (about 3:15 PM, May 18th) I was trying to return the unit well ahead of schedule but I don't think it was fair to call looking for it when I was trying my best to get home to do just that, return the unit way ahead of the allowed drop off time!. I shall NOT rent a Unit from that location again! :-(

You advertise for a 6’ x 12’ trailer. Gate is not as wide as the trailer so I was not able to move what I needed to move.

Single operator at gas station. would not help disconnect or offload trailer. just pointed to a muddy back area and " drop over there". Was not knowledgeable on how electronic hwy tolls operated or handled thru you. "Just call them" was the final reply.
