I did not rent a vehicle from this location but the day before I was to pick up the rental, I was notified that this was the pick up location - 15km from where I planned to pick it up. It took almost an hour check out the truck. The young lady at the desk had know idea what she was doing - or the system was hard to figure out. I'm not sure which. I still had to drive the 15 km to the original pickup location to pick up the moving supplies I pre-ordered. The whole experience delayed our moving schedule by 2 hours. It is also winter - there should be tires with some tread and windshield washer fluid (it was empty)

Under staffed and dependent on technology, that was either not working or staff were under trained.
Randy HTruck was unbelievably dirty; spilled drink in cupholder, and there were ashes from a cigarette or joint all over the steering wheel/centre console, and when I put the heat on to defrost the windows the cab was super dank/smelled of weed. I almost considered requesting a new truck because if I were to get pulled over by the police I would have had a helluva tough time talking my way out of the smell.
