Very hard to get the rental and go considering there were many customers coming and going and stalling the transaction

Ensure that your systems are working before providing service. After reserving on the phone we waited 40 min at the pickup location which led to us missing a deadline for a drop off. The van was filthy on the inside with a bad odour upon pickup. How are you supposed to tell customers that the vehicle must be cleaned or you will be charged a cleaning fee when it was clearly not enforced?

When I booked this truck over the telephone, I was asked how many "miles" I would be doing. I said to Chris that we go by Klms here and he told me that it went by miles.so, doing some quick math I said about 60 "miles." When I picked up the truck 5 days later, there was only 1/2 a tank of gas. So I had to top up before I even started. I drove 134 Klms and when I returned the truck I was told that it was converted to Klms. NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD. Very misleading.

Make your dealers more aware of taking alternate payments will increase business and when a customer tries to reccomend something dont hold them hostage at that location

I had reserved pick up at a closer location to my apartment and then was contacted to pick up at this location which was far out of the way. This also affected the mileage that we were allotted. The uhaul van's trailer door was frozen shut and the location owner suggested to call the help line if it didn't open once we got to our location. Luckily the door did open once we arrived at our apartment.

Incorrectly billed my credit card 150 instead of 40 dollars, took 40 min to pickup truck in store, took an hour for the store to check me out upon return including lengthy calls to uhaul to try and correct the incorrect charges. Poor experience, will be using different truck rental company when I move in 2 months.
