Never again will I rent that would require picking it up from this Pet store. The worker didn't know what he was doing and had no reason being there.

The only complaint that I have is the description of what the vehicle can hold. DEFINITELY WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A 1 BEDROOM APT OR STUDIO STUFF IN THAT TRUCK. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND UN NEEDED USE OF MY FUNDS. CHARGING TOO MUCH FOR THE MILES IN JUST MORE MONEY YOU ARE ASKING FOR SOMEONE THAT IS MOVING AND HAS TO PUT MONEY OUT THERE ALREADY

your policy sucks,you charged me 2.00 per mile for this truck which is unacceptable! it cost more to drive it then rent it!I will never ever use u haul again!

The owner of the location tries to trick me with adding unnecessary items to my rent order. Good thing i have an app and finished the pick up through it.

The van was dirty full of saw dust in cargo area. I had to clean it out. I was overcharged. I booked online waived insurance, and was under my estimated miles. I was charged the insurance fee, & the total was higher than my online estimate w/ more estimated miles. I was told it was submitted & could not be refunded at that location. "Corporate" was called by "Ray". he said the manager will refund the insurance fee, & I should see it on my credit card in 3 days. However the bill is still inflated. I will follow up with UHAUL.

Ray, was wonderful, he fully explained the rental process to me. He appreciated that I had pre-filled the information on the site. I will rent my next U-Haul at this location. Plus they carry a wide range of dog food and lumber. Its a one stop place. Thanks Ines

We waited for over an hour. The person before us waited for an hour and a half. We were told it’s due to computer issues. Finally our transaction was completed by a person on the phone.

I had checked-in online the day before the arranged pick-up date. Yet, I still waited for 50 minutes at the UHual location before I could pick up the truck -- and I was the only customer. When the keys were finally handed over, there no apologies whatsoever. I had also wanted to rent only 6 moving pads, yet they provided me with 12, more than I had ordered and needed.
