Management was not knowledgeable about the check in process. Was given wrong keys. Was not helpful in answering questions when we we were trying to ask about the return process. The truck itself was in good condition and was fine.

Cameron PQuoted one price on line when got to store it was double had no choice but to accept the charge. When I questioned the clerk he said that was the charges but got charged 29.99 twice for one day rental. 29.99 for rental and then 29.99 for rental fee which did not show up in my quote next time it’s gonna be Penske rental.

ANTONIO VThe female store manager whom checked me in (I'm not sure of her name, but may have been Sarah. Her name tag definitely said manager) was completely rude. As a manager, she has no business representing Uhaul. When I declined the extra insurance, she told me that I'm also giving up roadside assistance. I politely questioned what she was saying, as that makes no sense and I knew she was wrong. She didn't like me questioning her. She get very snippy and short with me. I tried explaining how it makes no sense, as they could give bad running trucks to clients, have them break down, then make more money from it. She abruptly told me she was new, and I can call Uhaul and fight with them about it. I literally wanted to walk out of the building because I was so upset and put off by her behavior, and I could not believe that she could be a manager. I will never go back to this location and will certainly tell all my friends the same.

Kenneth MMore full Disclosure at time of reserving vehicle. Charges were more than anticipated. Prefer to know Full gammit of charges before the rental. Also wasn't aware that I would have to leave my car at MCdonalds vs on site. This delayed the check in process. Attendant at Desk was awesome
Steve GI ordered a minivan 2 weeks ago. When I pulled into the lot I saw the van there. Once I got to the front desk they told me they didn’t have any minivans even though I ordered one and received confirmation of that order. I always told they gave the minivan to the person in front of me. The location opened at 8am. I got there at 8:05am. If I wanted a truck I would have ordered a truck. I ended up w the truck because what I ordered was given to someone else who simply walked in. Bad policy.

Jonathan PLast time I rented a UHaul from this location was prior to covid and the angry woman behind the counter was very rude to me, acted like I was bothering her by renting from them. This time there were 2 different people behind the counter and were extremely helpful and my experience was great. Will rent from them again. Kudos to management for making a change to better people to take care of your customers.
Mathew MReplace the person that’s working. Her customer service is zero she is rude and should not be dealing with the public. She does not know how to talk and address her customers not realizing without the customers she does not have a job.

Ameenah KI can’t imagine thinking that any improvement would be needed. My experience was seamless. The on-site management team of Sarah & Danny provided exemplary service. Even the golf cart that is used to show potential storage spaces to a prospective renter was completely stocked with supplies that may be needed, such as lubricant for rails and other mending type materials.The UHaul truck was extremely easy to use, it had ample fuel and was clean. The return was as easy as there was an after hours drop box for the return of the keys. The truck was stocked with moving blankets and a hand truck for a nominal fee if the renter needed it. I had to make a last minute decision to rent a larger storage space after Sarah executed all the paperwork for my original choice. Once l saw the original size l felt l was making a mistake by not getting one a little larger. Sarah never missed a beat and without any negativity and wearing a big smile, changed my unit and redid everything.This was a very pleasant experience! I retired as a customer service trainer for the National office of a 70M membership organization, and l would be very proud if my team conducted themselves as these folks did/do.

Madison PThis honestly was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I will never be using this facility again. Firstly, the 10ft truck I reserved was given away, and it took almost two hours to get a new truck, which ended up being a 15ft truck. As someone who has never driven a Uhaul truck, driving the largest truck offered was extremely stressful, especially when I was not offered any other options, as well as causing me to delay my move and make my friends help me wait for so long. While they gave me the same mileage rate as a 10ft truck, they did not give any discounts or try to amend my issue. The man helping me was kind and professional, but ultimately I left feeling anxious, frustrated, and annoyed. He did back my truck out and line me up to take it straight on the road, but failed to lock the back so the whole ride home, I was being waved at and other drivers pointing to the back of the truck, where I thought there was smoke or something coming from the tailpipe because I didn't know how to drive this massive truck. It wasn't until I got home that I saw the back had opened fully, with blankets and a dolly that was left in it almost falling out of the Uhaul. After following the layout for refilling the gas to the exact number given, I was still charged. Beyond a bad experience, and I wish something more could have been done to help rectify the situation.
Kelly VThe key when inserted into the ignition worked only when in one orientation. If it was inserted facing reverse orientation the key failed to turn on the electric. This caused me to have to call roadside service twice. When by app wi fi failed to complete my request. By telephone my report was completed. I lost time during the moving event due to the truck not turning on, and because I didn't know "the trick" to insert the key facing only one way. It caused arguing between family members who were already stressed with the move. I lost gas as I had to keep the truck running during a drop off as I was not sure it could be turned on again. It caused parking issues because I had the truck parked in a driveway or my street where parking is temporary for delivery only.

They tried to blame damage on me (while on their property), but then retracted the claim after I demanded them to review security footage. They should be shut down. But this place… Personal Mini Storage… is terrific.
David MGentleman that helped me was excellent but did not have the truck I reserved he did call around and find me about mile up the road he went above and beyond 2nd time in a month moving to Pennsylvania in April but probably going to use someone else that gives that give you unlimited miles

Jenny MI’m not sure what can be improved because I received excellent customer service. I was across town by Disney Springs trying to rent a uhaul at the last minute but none were available. All Uhaul locations were closing in 35min but the customer service rep at the Winter Garden location was so kind and returned my call within minutes and waited for me as I drove 30min back across town to rent a truck. I arrived at 5:28pm, two minutes before closing and she was still able to make sure I was taken care of. I had a pretty crazy day but her dedication to serving people really turned the rest of my evening around.
Diane VDanny and Sarah are EXCEPTIONAL!!!! We have rented vehicles in the past and will continue to do so in the future. WE are VERY PLEASED!!!
