Worst experience. My rental truck wasn't ready i had to leave and return. The lady at the counter was on her personal phone on speaker having a conversation. She added insurance to my rental i didn't ask for and did not consent to. This is the worst experience ive had and from now on i will be using a different company. This location is awful!!!

Please stop charging insurance without asking customers . I was charged 10$ insurance on truck even if I denied it , I only used truck for 3hrs .

Osvaldo G.The only issue that I believe needs improvement is the hours the place is open. Hours listed are from 9:00am to 5:30pm. I dropped off the truck off at 5:20pm and the door to the office was already locked with the "closed" sign on. I was told by the person working in the office to just drop off the keys in the drop box. She wouldn't even open the door. Guess she was in a hurry to close. Other than this issue, everything went rather well. Gracias.

john D.Normally I use this location and there's a very nice woman working there. I think her name is Janett? But I've now been here a few times and a different woman has been there, I encountered this woman at another location where my reservation wasn't reserved and she sent me on a wild goose chase basically. When picking up this truck Wednesday she was on the phone having a personal call and not paying any mind to me. The truck was dirty outside and had actual dirt, leaves, and animal hair inside. This new woman there definitely doesn't uphold the standards the previous did.

Jose O.I am being charged $121 dollars for gas and cleaning, we very well let the worker know that the gas gauge was bad because when we received it it was showing 1/4, we retirned with same amount or a little more and if this charge is not removed we will do a charge off with our bank.I have picture of gauge when truck was picked up. And truck was turned in clean as well so no need to charge a cleaning fee郎郎郎

I picked the wrong address as I had used their location before and put in the wrong address. I wanted to give them my business. I'm happy I did. They did excellent.
David D.App didn't work, truck wasn't ready, had to call customer service, waiting on hold forever. Truck dirty. No wifi at location so pictures wouldn't load. Had to drive somewhere else to get wifi, then the link sent to upload the pics, timed out so I had to call and wait on hold again.
