We were told the Uhaul would have a full tank of gas, and to leave it with a full tank. It only had half a tank when we picked it up and we took a picture of that. We put gas in after, and left it with the same amount of gas. We were charged double because of that. How is that right?Megan C.

We found a molding half eaten hot dog under our seat and the cab smelled like rotting trash. I learned about the vehicle inspection sticker and it appears the last time the vehicle was inspected by U-Haul was in May. The tires were not inflated correctly at the proper PSI and the brakes felt like they needed some tuning.Jonathan D.

Location services on your app for after hours drop off was a total pain, iOS wouldn't work, had to download google chrome, it wouldn't recognize my camera, spent an hour fooling around with it. Won't ever do an after hours pick up or drop off againROBERT O.

Had to hunt down the employee, she never went over the truck with me. I wanted to let her know that I was on time. And show my copy of the contract. I was charged an extra day, which is incorrect. My due date was 1 june I called and left a message she saw her mistake, but now I have to wait 5 days for my refund. I'm not happy about that. Customer service was horrible, she indicated I returned the truck with less fuel than I originally rented it with. That's BS, I have a s teen shot of the meter showing what I started with and what I ended with. Needless to say I will NEVER use uhaul again, nor recommend you Ever!Kenneth P.

Overcharged me. Try to steal my money. Only used the uhaul for 3 miles and got charged 14 dollars for fuel. Only used it for like 7 hours. Are you serious uhaul? That is ridiculous!!! You can check my history dealing with y'all. This will be the last time.. I guess I'm going to start dealing with penskee. By the way the owner of the place shut the door in my face pretty much and told me that the place was closed. That wasn't very nice of him.Jorge B.

I wax running late so I called to let them know. I arrived at 11:55am. As.I was pulling into their parking lot? I received a call from the manager stating their closing time was noon and they had already closed for the day. I told him to look out the window I was getting out if my car. He was very much in a hurry to leave. I had arrive before noon but they were already out the door and locking up. Area Mgr - Robb and Manager - Jim. Not good customer service on their part.Carol K.

There was a lady working instead of usual person and she was not given appropriate information on my reservation to where to locate the specific trailer then had to look for light to add to trailer by the time we were done it was a little over an hour from reservation time. It was stressful for all. Lady was very patient and friendly but also stressed trying to do her best. Better communication is needed if the usual personnel will be gone to minimize confusion and stressolga C.

Resevation was made and indicated trailer would be available. I went to pick it up at the designated time and no trailer was available, I had to driv 3+ hours to go pick up a trailer that was promised to another customer. In return I was told I would be gett $100 off thecrental andc3 additional days. Upon returning the trsiler to an over-full location on the designated day per the contract I recieve a bill charging me for 3 days. I contacted customer service and they say that the charges must be disputed since uhaul does not seem to honor contracts...Tyler B.

Number one taking over an hour just to get a correction done to a rate there was already on the website and I quote was secured is ridiculous. Having people text me or follow up with phone calls as to where I'm going to drop off the trailer when that's already been established on my agreement is not only a waste of my time but pure asinine by your Company. What would help him improve everything would be better communication and quit trying to rip people off and waste peoples time making everything filled out up on the computer on your website which saves absolutely no time whatsoever but in fact does take longer than everCHARLES G.

I frequently rent from uHaul. I always request this location and will avoid a rental if I am forced to use the corporate locations at Melbourne or Cocoa. Mike at the Satellite neighborhood location was always great. Jim has filled his shoes and even added a layer of extra communication. This location is the best and Jim is a tremendous asset. The original drop-off location (Charlies Auto) would not accept the trailer when we went to drop it off on 9/22. He said he didn't have room. The only other location near me was not open on Sunday. When I took it to him on Monday he said U-Haul was trying to charge me a late fee. Are you serious??? Thankfully the guy at Personal Mini Storage waived it.Scott L.

Not sure what milage the 15' truck gets, but by its calculations it said that my 3.4 mile drive used 5.8 gallons of gas which seems way off. I was charged $23.20 for 5.8 gallons of gas.Anastasia G.

Rep was very nice. Uhaul needs to improve the process to check-in trucks. This is our second rental this year and the check-in process takes too long. I have used two different drop off points. It should take 5 min, but took almost 20 mins at each location.George W.

The appliance dolly and furniture roller were not left in the truck so I had to wait inside for instruction on my equipment. When I returned at 430 to return the truck the office was closed and was not left with instruction on where to leave them. My best judgment was next to the office inside the gate. The desk guy wouldn't let me use their WiFi to let me use the app, which was requiring an internet signal to pick up the truck...Joel S.
