Make sure the equipment has been inspected and maintained recently. I have friends a 20' before and never had one pull so badly I had to go around the block in order to make a turn

Nobody was there (closed at 5). Parked it outside the gate but no clear instructions. Didn't say where to put the key, but I assumed it was the only box that lead indoors that said “payments”.

By far THE BEST experience I've ever had renting a moving truck and that's a lot because I've traveled all over. lived in many states and rented trucks from uhaul, Penske and budget. Mary was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. She was accommodating to my needs, and so helpful to me in many ways with everything during my move. It would not have went as smooth as it did, had she not been there for me every step of the way. I will refer anyone I can to use Mary at personal mini storage for any of their moving needs.

Charged twice for one dolly, didn't open til 8am, even though we were supposed to pick up truck in Deltona not orange city. There was no instructions on how to get to the truck if no one was there, had to wait a hour to get the truck. Overall annoyed and wanted atleast half of what I was charged for.

Pricing keeps getting messed up, they are not timely nor did they do a walk around with me prior to renting. I had to call 3 times to get the price correct and am still not sure if it is correct.

I had a truck for a move over the weekend and the home wasn't ready so i kept the truck by day incase the house was ready with all my stuff in it after a few days the house still wasn't ready so i got a storage at the same facility and was told they would take a day or 2 off the truck to help my situation i handed the keys in on thursday and was told the truck was a little below 1/4 tank and would be charged $50 so after work i rushed diwn there friday and got the truck and got it to 1/4 tank so they charged me for friday as a rental too even though i didn't have the truck. The systen was charging me for 8 days i asked why and they didn't know saturday to friday is 6 days..so they charged me for 6 days didn't take f the 2 days like they said they would cause i got the storage and charged me for the friday that i didn't have the truck because i turned it in on thursday this is TERRIBLE service they didn't do what they said they were as far as taking the 2 days off and they charged me for fridays that I didn't even have the truck I will make sure that this location get's no business for any little league or basebal league members and families in the deltona area since we are one of the best teams and have been coaching here for the past 5 years. It would be nice to add a hand truck a couple of straps and maybe a blanket or 2 because if your the only person doing the moving them things would make moving a lot easier and more people would rent from you. Just keep it in mind

this was a very unpleasant experience for me and my family. we made reservations on line. received directions to pick up the truck and were directed to the u_haul located on the corner of 1792 and enterprise ave in orange city. after arriving there and waiting in line for an interminable amount of time we finally got to talk to a rep. and again after waiting we were told we were at the wrong location for pic up. we were then directed, after much discussion between employees, to another location in deltona...expert car care...and give explicit directions to this location. we left and drove to the second location..several miles away...and waited there for awhile. they told us that they did not have a reservation for us. he called the main u-haul store ( the one we were at initially) and they told us we were at the wrong location AGAIN!! the gentleman from expert car care made a few phone calls and discovered that our reservation was actually located at personal mini storage...located approximately 500 yards from the first place we went to pick up the truck. i have to tell you that i have moved quite a bit in my life and i have always used u-haul and have never had a complaint. but aftere the run around we got this last time i will seriously consider renting a moving vehicle from a different source the next time i need to relocate. and to top it all off..we wasted so much time looking for the truck that we lost hours, time and money while hired help sat around and waited for us to show up. and when we brought the truck back, after being quoted .59 a mile we were charged .79 a mile. the gentleman behind the counter was nice enough to adjust that figure for us but it was almost "too little, to late" sincerely carol murphy 86 hollyhock ct orange city fl 32763

This was a place located 200 yards from a huge UHaul location. It was difficult for me to park and navigate with the auto transporter here. But the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and welcomed me and my family to our new area.
