Excellent, thorough and knowledgeable personnel
MARK Z.We were not aware that we needed to fold all of the furniture pads/sweep out the back. We didn't mind doing it but it just wasn't explained when we picked up the truck.
Emily D.There's someone living in the business, they locked the keys in the back of the truck instead of the lockbox pictured (which isn't even there), I tried to do my 7pm pickup at 710 and they wouldn't let me, I had to bang on the door to even get my rental, then the lady changed my drop off and I was charged extra. Literally the worst experience of my life
JUSTAN C.The location itself was great. However, I initially received the wrong size truck. When this was resolved (quickly and with minimal inconvenience) -- the gas tank information was not adjusted. Ultimately, we needed to put more gas in the tank due to the mistake. Additionally, we ordered 12 furniture pads but only received 10. We didn't realize until we were being charged for the order

Susan S.Overall customer service was good, the lady inside was very kind and super helpful. However, this is our second visit to this location and the gentleman Dereck who's on sight isn't very pleasant or helpful. The truck we received was in decent condition, however the knob to the drive side window was broken off and made it extremely hard to roll the window up and down which was needed several times throughout to enter our code to get in and out of our storage unit to move our furnishings.

Jimmy R.I have left 2 voicemails at this locations to check if I left my light connector in their parking lot since Saturday afternoon with no return calls to confirm if they found the connector or not. Plus the trailer pulled okay but it was pretty badly worn on the inside and out.

Michael T.I was not informed that there would be a $30.00 fee for returns under one quarter of a tank. I returned the truck with one quarter of a tank and did not get a receipt at the office. Unfortunately a $60.00 fee appeared on my credit card which I did not authorize. I had to return to the return location to correct this. I was unhappy that I was charged for something that I was unaware of and that the return fuel was very near the pick up fuel. I put an extra 5.3 gallons in the truck above and beyond the pick up fuel level to not have the 60 dollar charge.Tiffany at the drop off location did not take the time to go over specifics at check in and I was disappointed with the seevice.

Peter K.I mistakenly went to this location thinking it was the U-Haul I had scheduled my truck at. The 2 employees fixed the problem immediately by advising I could go with a truck from their location rather than have to go to the much further location I had actually rented from. Even though it was the next size up they gave me the larger truck at the same rate as the one I had rented. ¡Gracias!

SHERRY M.The location is great. Unfortunately they are handcuffed by U-Haul's crappy reservation system. I was all set and reserved to rent a pickup truck, and the previous rental just decided to keep it and never return it. This was a big inconvenience, and has happened to me multiple times at other locations. Not happy with U-Haul as a company that they let this happen. What is the point of a reservation?
STEVEN L.Everything was great at this location. The only problem I had was when I returned it Sunday night and I was not able to do the return on the website or on the app. I ended up having to call U-Haul on the return.

Ronald J.The 8x6 tow behind trailer worked great since it was packed with weight, balance and tightness being the key points to address. The trailer was well balanced to begin with. US 95 up into Virginia was a parking lot for 7 hours so we got off, got a few hours sleep and tried again at midnight. The road was clear by then, except this got us to NJ for rush hour thru the rest of the trip to New London area in CT. All this was no fault of UHaul, just consider this inevitability when you travel to the North East. We had many kind people help us all the way. The U-Haul return people were also kind and understanding.

STEPHEN D.The front desk lady was very friendly however offered no assistance with connecting the trailer to my car. My wife and I have never dealt with the trailer hitch like so it was challenging. She told us to honk when we were done so she could come and inspected. After several honks my wife had to go inside the office to ask for assistance. Her excuse was that she forgot about us!!! We were the only customer their at that time!!! Trailer was great and cheap however customer service was poor!!

Greg H.I didn't like that the truck only came with 1/4 tank of gas. I was only driving from Orlando to Tampa but had to stop halfway and guess how much to put in so I wouldn't be overpaying for fuel. I would have preferred the tank being full at check-in and my topping it off before I returned the truck. Other than that, the service was excellent. ¡Gracias!

Cause I had the code to get in but had no idea to get out it was Sunday and the office was closed I was about to call manager but someone let me out. Other than that they were friendly and I would go there again.

CHRISTOPHER S.What is with the short ramp? That makes it so steep to wheel stuff in. Also, stop putting stuff in the truck. Last time it was a hand truck, this time it was blankets. They get in the way. You already promote the blankets and hand truck. Why put them in the truck in inconvenient places?
