The location is very convenient, service was courteous, and the rental accomplished my task. But, after unloading the trailer I could not close the roll-up door.

I didn't have one and told her so. She then screamed, get the F out of my office and your reservation is cancelled." We ended up having to drive to the far side of town to another location. I've never had a similar experience in my life. Unless there is absolutely no other option, I will never rent from Uhaul again. This girl is crazed. She reminded me of Antifa protesters, violent and evil. Well done Uhaul, hiring such a friggin monster.

ANSELMO D.I went to pick up my truck personal mini storage. I ordered a 26ft truck they gave me a 20ft truck. They were unhelpful. They told me to drive the truck to a mini mart u-haul dealer just down the street from them at 4105 NW 13th St Gainesville. He told me to take it back to the first one, I said no. I want a 26ft that I ordered. The guy was very nice but the truck was so gross that the moving helpers were shocked. It was full of rodent poop, the ramp had rodent poop ground in to it. It stunk and had a nest under the ramp that all fell out in a huge pile when they opened the ramp. I had poop all on my furniture. I wish I could show the photos I took.
sharon F.Don't allow an online reservation for one location and then change the location on me the next day. I had to drive completely out of my way to get to this uhaul location and to drop it off. I ended up having to pay for more mileage than I would have if the location I was forced to go to wasn't in the middle of nowhere.

I refused to go drive again to go fill it again and as a result they marked it at 7/8th full and charged me $8.50 for gas. I was exhausted from moving and feel I was taken advantage of. I won't be renting from this location ever again.

Larry J.I was told by one manager when I need to return the truck during the Memorial Day holiday weekend, and I only needed to rent for one day. At pick up, the other manager said I had to rent for two days. I was then charged for two days even though I brought the truck back within 24 hrs. I contacted the first manager and she gladly corrected the bill to a 24 hr rental. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
