Location itself was good. It was easy to locate the truck and key box. However, the UHaul app experience was horrible. The app timeouts half the time and then it either makes you restart the check-in process or it ends the check-in process as complete even when you're not complete and unable to finish off the check-in properly - I was unable to properly submit my pictures and initial mileage/gas properly and had to call Uhaul Support for help. The check-in process should have taken 5-10 minutes if the app worked correctly, but instead it took me an hour.

Carolyn JAmber provided excellent customer service. My truck rental initial dates were at first tentative and she kept me informed of the availability. Additionally, the person that was helping me moved became ill and I needed to put a stop to the move after I already picked up the truck. The person ended up having emergency surgery. It was late on 7/13/23 when I realized that I may need an extra day with the truck and when I called Amber, she checked the inventory and was able to reserve me for another day. To say that my stress level went from 100 to 0 is an understatement. Thanks, Amber, for saving the day!!!

TYWANNA SCommunication. I ordered a truck and paid additionally for a dolly. When I got there the dolly was not there and attempted my move anyway. I shortly realized there was no ramp. A staff member could’ve easily called me and informed me of that when they received my order and were setting up the truck, but I wasted an hour and a half driving for no reason, all to turn around and just bring the truck back.
Azjae Fthe truck failed on the way. I had to stop 3 times. Besides, every time I braked the change, the steering wheel trembled, it seemed that it was going to come out. I arrived late at my destination and they also charged me an extra $42. very bad service

Lakeisha PI was overcharged. Booking was already confirmed through the app. Driver needed to be changed. After the rep changed the driver I was charged double the amount per mile instead of wha the app told me initially.
Joseph PMy 1st time renting frome u haul. Very disappointed. The dealers who you have representing your name is really bad. I think someone from your company needs to start visiting your dealers location. Very unsatisfied customer.
Laconstance TI rent a trailer but at the location they give me a smaller size by telling me they cannot find the right one and they don’t really know how to hook up the trailer I have to do it myself they told me they’re going to adjust the price they never did never send me my invoice U-Haul needs to investigate that location

AUSTIN HIt was not made known before hand that a trailer converter plug was needed in order to rent so i had to leave and buy one elsewhere since uhaul does not sell the items needed to use their trailers. This took an extra 30+ minutes and a lot of frustration.

Stephanie GOn that particular truck the front end drifts quite a bit from the steering wheel I suggested that it gets maintenance. It’s drivable but if you were on the highway for a long time that might be an issue.
