Salvador SPicking up they couldn’t find my reservation so they didn’t have the truck available and ended up charging me for a larger one of course. The truck smelled and is not clean at all. When I dropped the vehicle back and explained how the gas gave and mph wasn’t working properly the manager responded yeah that truck is bad I’m taking it off the road.

Tendai NUnlike my good experiences with other stores, the people who served in this store were more concerned with resolving private matters than delivering the truck. They released the owners/managers first, left me waiting, and didn't care that I already checked in online, doing it again. They didn't give me the truck, they just pointed out where I should pick it up and where I should return it.

Tendai NThis was our third location. The first lo action that we made our original reservation at didn't have any vehicles. The second location didn't have the vehicle we reserved when we showed up so we had to go to a third location. Not a pleasant experience

Cesar GMake more space to get in and out and lower the $/miles back to what it was before. Rediculous to spend $1.19/mile. And the stupid online drop off was annoying. Fml. Drive me nuts. Had to do it like 4 times cuz it kept kicking me out. Oh and all the extra charges like the one for emissions. Ew. Stop trying to price gouge customers for everything you can make up to charge them for.

rhoan hI'm so grateful for the help on renting the truck. Due to hurricane Ian my family had to do our moving in a rush and earlier than when planned. The guy at the front desk was so kind and emphatic with us not only understanding the emergency, but waiting after hours for us to pick up the truck so we can moved before the hurricane and stay safe.

Dimas AI was charged for 2 days when I only used their UHaul for 6 hours! Still waiting on a reply for them GM for a refund! I will dispute with my credit card company if I don’t not hear back after a week!

Sharon GMy Reservation was for a 9' Cargo Van to pick up on 08/12/2022, and it wasn't there like it was Guaranteed and the young lady who took care of us tried to get it back, but apparently the person who rented it took it to Miami, FL. and they don't know when they're getting it back. Now, the young lady at the counter was very nice and accommodating, so she she tried to help by renting me a small truck for the same price because I needed something that day to condense my storage unit, at another location, with my allotted time. The little truck she gave me was very inconvenient because; #1) You can't see what's going on behind you, #2) It was too high for me to get into, and disembark, because I'm disabled, #3) I got hurt just trying to get my Walker out of the back cab, and I have Lymphedema in my legs so when I scraped my left leg it bled, and drained fluids for a bit, #4) Since I needed to climb up with a Stool I bought one, and my husband forgot to pick it up after I was in, at a Walmart parking lot and when we turned around to see if we could find it still there it was gone, someone took it, and we asked at Walmart if someone had turned it in but no it was gone, and #5) The young lady at the counter gave me this phone number: 1-800-468-4285 and told me to call to get a $50.00 Voucher for my next rental, and I'm sorry to say that your Customer Service should not be called that, it should be called Customer Disservice, because I did what I was told and after all I've been through I was literally in other words called a Liar. Now I have to go back to the U-Haul Rental location and ask the young lady who gave me the 1-800 number, and took care of us to send you a report to prove that there was a problem with the me receiving the 9' Cargo Van that I Reserved, and was Guaranteed. I don't understand why do I have to do all that when U-Haul has all the Information and can get in touch with that vendor, including mine and my husband's I.D's, and get the Information, or Report, or whatever you need to help your Customers with. I will try to get you what you need so that I can get my $50.00 Voucher , so help GOD.
