This location should not be eligible for Sunday truck rentals. They are closed on Sundays and you need a gate code to get access to the truck and equipment. It took us over three hours waiting and negotiating with strangers who had storage units in the complex to allow us to get into the gate to access the truck and then to get back in the gate to drop off the truck. We were nearly 2 hours late in picking up the truck because we were stranded outside the gate. I was on hold with U-Haul for 45 minutes and never was able to speak with an associate. I was able to reach an associate by chat who suggested that I choose an alternate pick up location. This would have been fine, however, I also needed access to the handtruck and I was told that would not be available at the alternate location. I work in customer service for a luxury furniture and design company and I field a tremendous amount of frivolous complaints. Because of this, I never complain to a company but this was genuinely the worst moving experience I have ever had.Sarah K.

Customer service. This place was a joke. The office smelled of marijuana. The lady couldn't find our reservation at first. Once we returned it I asked for a copy of the receipt she stated she didn't have one for me she couldn't do it until later when they closed and sanitized and cleaned the equipment and checked the mileage. I informed we didn't were significantly less on the mileage estimate and even gave her the new mileage. I informed her I wanted to know how much my card was going to be charged before I left and no where when I reserved it did it say I was paying for her to clean it since it was cleaned upon returned. First off, I was given a uhaul with no brake lights. Second, I noticed something called Safemove on my bill. Upon research with the paperwork provided by the clerk that checked me out, I learned that this was OPTIONAL coverage that protected the cargo only. Had any of this been explained to me in the beginning, I would have politely declined this coverage. When I brought this up to the clerk when I returned the truck (not the same clerk that had checked me out first) she tried to explain to me that it was mandatory despite me showing her the paperwork provided that stated OPTIONAL. She contacted the manager (whom I believe to be the clerk that checked me out originally) who lived on site. The manager said she would come speak to me, but I waited 20 minutes and she did not show up. I left my name and phone number, yet she never called. I feel I should be refunded the $28 that was charged to me for this Safemove coverage that I did not want, did not request, and was note provided the opportunity to decline.Steven S.

This uhaul location was extremely fast when picking up the uhaul. I ended up using 3 uhauls over the last month and the other 2 larger locations took about 30 minutes. I was driving away in under 10 minutes here!Michael A.
The approval process for the truck rental was horrible. Waited over an hour to get approved to just get the keys to operate the vehicle. It took less time for me to load and unload the materials than it did to just get approval. Not a very happy camper.Peter C.

We were on the phone with Uhaul for almost 2 hours trying to get the gate access code for this location. One U-Haul rep told us to leave the truck on the side of the road and put the keys in a drop box but there was no Dropbox to be found. We were transferred a total of 8 times and each department said we would need to be transferred to a different department. We even logged into our account online to see if we could change the drop off location but the website was not user friendly. I selected the option that said we were at the drop off location and it said to check our location to make sure we were in the correct location but we kept getting an error message. Even though location sharing was turned on on our device. Awful experience.Dylan S.

I had several problems returning the equipment but it was not the locations fault. The link in the text message I received to return the equipment was incorrect. The link was to uhauld.com which was sending me to some advertising website. I was able to cut and paste the link into my browser and remove the (d) from uhauld.com and it worked, it took me to the proper site. While trying to return the equipment through the website, it could not "verify my location", it asked me to turn on location sharing on and I verified it was on. The app/website would not let me proceed with my return because it could not verify my location. I just dropped the key in the drop box and left, very aggravated. THE GOOD PART- The location I was returning the equipment at was closed (I knew it would be, 7am on a Sunday) but there just happened to be a lady there, probably the owner and she told me to just put the keys in the drop box and she would take care of it. I called the uhaul service office at 9am when it opened and they told me everything was returned and complete, the lady where I dropped off the equipment completed it and they weren't even open.Dylan L.
