will rI returned the truck 90 minutes later, I went 25 mile and put 2 gallons in the truck. I received a bill from uhaul for extra gas rgey out in. I took a picture of the dashboard showing it was not at the F line when I got it. The picture I took when I returned oit did not come out clear. I called the mini storage place I rented from and she said to email the pictures. I was not able to do that from my phone. Very unfortunate that I paid 81.00 for 90 minutes and 25 miles to help a friend get a free bed.

Jose aI reserved a trailer about 3 weeks ago but did not find out until a few days before pickup that the equipment may not be available. We had to have this size! No options for us. We ended up driving over 30 min away to get and return the trailer. Why can't equipment be moved to a specified dealer for pu? The closer dealer tried to find a trailer for us but no luck. Uhaul corporate was useless and absolutely no help. This was very stressful and an unpleasant experience.

RONALD SExcellent customer service. I rented a pick-up and an Auto Transport trailer for the day and they had them hooked up and ready to go when I arrived. I went over my predicted mileage and expected a large extra amount in the bill, but they changed the agreement to a different deal with greater mileage included that saved me $22 automatically. Will definitely be using them again.
