Mixed bag. The gentleman was rude but the lady was nice. They overcharged me a day for the truck and for a appliance dolly. I had to get U haul involved to get refund on the extra charges.

Kellie MI was unable to tow my vehicle and actually damaged the transmission trying to load it. It would have been nice to know that this dolly wouldn’t work on a Volvo C70, before I wasted my money and cost me more for towing and repairs caused by your dolly. Not sure I’ll be using U-Haul in the future.

connie mTook an hour for them to locate our reservation. They kept losing internet connection. We were absolutely horrified when a service station worker just got into our vehicle and moved it beside the highway. They did not ask us to move it, they just got in it and moved it. We thought someone had stolen our truck.We recommend removing your rentals from this establishment. Very unprofessional. If we had not wasted so much time driving to get there we would have left without the dolly we reserved.
