I asked for a 20' truck and received a 26' truck. it worked out fine but kind of a big difference. They also did not have all the furniture pads I requested.Sarah V.

Was not my desired pick up location. Did not deal directly with Perrysburg self storage other than on the phone. They were professional and offered a solution to a 9 am pick up time when I originally cheduled a 7 am pick up time from the Alexis road location. This solution was to do everything online. This was a hassle and I was late getting back with it. Not to mention this location was out of my way by a substantial amount. So the included miles in the contract were basically to go get the Uhaul. Also had to wait on hold with corporate on Sunday to get my drop off location arranged as that had changed several times. And to let them know I was dropping the truck off on Sunday not Monday as that had somehow changed on my contract as well and I was charged accordingly. I have used Uhaul every time I have moved in the past. This was the first bad experience. The thing that makes me wonder is it wasn't just one problem, everything seemed to be a hassle. And my charge was a big mystery. The way I see it, the miles from the Perrysburg location to the Toledo Alexis road location should be credited to me, and my charge should only be from Saturday to Sunday.Benjamin C.

It's not the location or the service person that ended up needing to assist me that was bad. It was the whole online complicated self check in process that turned into a mess.Gary S.

I came to pickup and I had to be somewhere an hour away to pick up an item I was purchasing (which is why I rented the trailer) I called ahead before I got there. When I arrived she told me that she could not get into the system... I waited for 25 minutes while another employee came to help me and was able to get right in within one minute. Long story short I missed my pickup and rented the trailer and drove an hour for no reason. Completely unpleasant experience. Will never return.ANDREW P.

Uhaul truck had to get jumped twice before I even left town. Driver side signal on trailer did not work. Took a long time to load car onto tow dolly due to ice. Had to wait 80 minutes in parking lot with a dog and two cats in the cold because the truck died and the office closed at 1pm...had no access to a bathroom. Miserable experience and I never wanted to use that location in the first place...had set reservation for close to my apartment over a week in advance and was advised there was a system error.Gina S.
Parking lot was a little on the small side but the staff was very friendly. And this has nothing to do with this location but I do not like the 4 day minimum charge, if I bring the u-haul back early I do t feel that I should have to pay for 4 daysPamela B.

Checking in and out using the uhaul website was horrible. Both instances the website locked up halfway thru. It would download the first few pics but then lock up and show an error. Had to call for the after hour drop off and while the representatives were nice and helpful the process took over an hour. If the site was working it would've literally taken 5 mins. Unacceptable. So try not to drop off after hours. It'll make a long day so much longer.Daniel V.

My only complaint is I filled up the tank to where I thought 5/8 would be but was stilled charged 10.00 for gas. Maybe just stick to 3/4, 1/2, or 1/4 instead of a measurement the customer can't see.Adranne B.

Very poor service. Only one employee on site and had no person the hook up the trailer. Employees could not tell me what my body would be if I changed the drop off location.Mark S.

The inside was filthy and the roll up door would only go up half way. Not to mention I reserved for 1 days and she did not have it rented that Sunday and informed me That I could bring back Saturday for only one day rental or Sunday of course for 2 day rental. . I dropped off Saturday and she seen it there in the lot but even after my card was billed for 2 days. She States that she couldn't refund me because she states she didn't know how and the other gentlemen she had me call never got back to me. So I Have not been refunded and honestly for as bad as this trailer was and I never got to tell them due to them being closed when I brought bat at 3pm it should have been free! I have rented a lot from UHaul and by far the worst experience.Scott B.

picking up the truck went well. except the fuel indicator showed 7.8 full and rental slip showed FULL. I should have gone back into store but did not. No one came out to do walk around and check gage. Inside of back of truck was now swept out. I returned 2 hours later. I told the girl that the gas tank was not full when I took the truck and that I fueled up to where it was when I left (took 3.5 gallons. she charged me for 4 more gallons $15) I told her no way did I use 7.5 Gallons in 36 miles driven (4.8 MPG). I think you should keep an eye on this location.richard E.

Nowhere to properly drop off the truck after hours. They had a closed gate and it was extremely difficult to park the truck in a small parking lot with no help.Mohammad K.
The attendant was rude. I had rented the trailer for 3 days, the rate was correct but the return date was only for 1 day. My husband called me from there to try to straighten it out before renting. She told him I don't want to talk to her. I insisted on talking to her , she was very rude and told me it wasn't her problem it sounds like a uhaul problem, and I needed to take care of it at the end location. She said maybe drop off place wouldn't charge extra but maybe they would but it wasn't her problem, and that I was being rude. I will never go there again.Nancy A.

Let's start with the door being locked and having to walk back and forth to another building to find someone to call and get the lady to open the door. Then once inside, I filled everything out on line only to have to go through it all over again in the store. The lady was not very familiar with the system and it took almost 20 minutes to get everything filled out! But it doesn't stop there...I ordered furniture pads only to find out after the fact that they were out and didn't have any. Once I got to the truck there was an empty cigarette container and debris on the passenger seat. Once I cleaned that up, went back to the store to let the know that the gas that was supposed to be at 5/8 of a tank was only 1/2 tank. Not knowing what to do, she had to call some local office and then hand write on my paperwork that it was okay. They were to credit me the pads back since they didn't have any and make sure I was not charged for gas. This whole process took over 30 minutes!!! Once I got my final bill they STILL charged me for the pads. I don't have time to keep dealing with this location and just paid the bill. Last time I rented a truck was from a different location down the street at Goeke. Auto. They were nice, organized and ready to go with no issues. I didn't go back to them because they didn't have a truck available. This current location I will not go back to as they are very disorganized and don't seem to know what they have or if they even have it.Charles N.

I ordered a 17' truck from your website to be picked up at this Perrysburg location. When I got there, there was no 17' truck to be found. That was when we realized (after looking at my reservation at this location) that I needed to go to another location to pick the truck up. The location that I was supposed to pick it up was 25 miles away, what kind of customer service is this? I understand that some places don't have an on-hand stock of trucks that they always have, I get that. I never received a phone call or voicemail telling me that I needed to go to the other location, which would have cost me an extra $50 in milage (round trip) just to get there from my house. This is the second time something like this has happend, the first time I was picking up a trailer to tow and nobody contacted me that I needed to go 25-30 miles out of my way again to pick it up. Again, where is the customer service? The survey should include a separate grade for the parent company besides the location, because the location had much better service than the parent company. The service at this location was top notch, excellent, they did an awesome job helping me get set. They actually had a 24' truck that I ended up renting for the short move I needed to use it for, which was just luck on my part.

The original pickup location requested was changed to the Perrysburg location, opposite end of town. Then when I went to pickup the trailer I rented in Perrysburg they did not have one of that size that had rented that was functional. They did set me up with another trailer after a bit of gyration.James B.
