The only thing I would like to see improved is to have the contactless pickup and dropoff so I could have picked the truck up before business hours to get an earlier start. The place was open by 8 which was alright, but I would have liked to have picked up by 7.

Daylight drop off. Everything ok. EXCEPT data/phone service is sketchy. It took too long to stand around waiting to upload pics. The check in/ out service is no good without a reliable internet connection.

When I arrived at my scheduled pick up time, I was told they are on lunch break and I have to wait, I had to wait over half hour during a busy schedule that I have on a daily basis. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. I would never recommend this pace for any service,

Only improvement would be in placing original order is to be able to select the location nearest to your most convenient with instead of having to call the day before and rearranging it to that location

I was not thrilled that I tried to reserve a uhaul that was available at a location closer to my home and wanted to use the mobile pickup and the site made it seem that it was an available option for the location I wanted then I get a call from uhaul last minute saying my pickup location was changed to elsewhere due to mobile pick up not being available at my preferred location. My suggestion don't make mobile pickup an option for locations that its not available at. Extremely aggravating!

The utility dolly that I requested was not on the truck. As the location was closed on Saturday, there was no one to help. I tried to call the location on Friday to confirm the equipment, and left a voice message, but they never returned my call. The location now insists that the dolly was on the truck, and I am being charged. So, not only did I have to load boxes of books one by one in the rain, I'm now supposed to pay $75 for the experience. There should be a way for U-Haul to contact someone local who can help when things go wrong with after-hours pickups. Someone should have come to help with the missing equipment. And now I've found that, for today's U-Haul, the customer is not always right.

Dropping off the trailer, the individual told me "put it over there". I out it where he asked, and waited for him to unhook. After 10 minutes, I asked, and he told me "I'm busy, you look able bodied. I don't unhook trailers". As I unhooked it, the trailer rolled forward, leaving a nice scar on the bumper if my truck. Absolutely a joke for a U-haul location. U-haul should consider closing this place down.

Although the location was listed as being open when I returned the trailer there was no one on site. The trailers were set in a field. It was sketchy.

Originally booked for Springville location, got a call saying they only had a truck in delevan but they'd cover the extra miles so that was fine. I get to the location and the online reservation method didn't work. The phone number provided for 24 hour assistance kept being ignored and sent to voicemail with no call back. I finally had to call uhaul to get someone to go through the process with me, who then tried to charge me $95 when online I was told $61 plus the insurance so $75 total, and she eventually just did the $75 after an entire ordeal.

This location failed to provide me with a receipt stating that I dropped off the trailer. Said I would get an email which did not help since I had no internet in that area. I'm still waiting for a receipt.

Catt county had a storm. Salamanca was in state of emergency. I reserved a uhaul from a location that did not have power, and in state of emergency area. I also had no power but needed the uhaul. I called Tonawanda, which a lady found the closest location that had a rental. She even called to make sure they had power. Performance was so nice and thankfully had a uhaul. ¡Gracias!

The people at the location were fantastic. However the overall experience with uhaul was terrible. Had to travel 45 min I'm wrong direction to get right equipment and put is way behind. Had to make it a 2 day move. On line process is misleading and generally a bad exoeroence...other than the machias location staff

There needs to be more locations closer to us (zip code 14744) because we had to drive over 30 miles to pick up our uhaul when we were only moving down one street. But our experience with this uhaul location was great otherwise
