Mylyssa M.Make sure the equipment is checked in at the appropriate time so your customers don't get over charged. As a former dealer myself, I have never checked equipment in 2 days later and then charge the customer for extra days use when it was barely 18 hours of use. Especially when the customer even tells you while on site that the equipment is returned at 8:30 in the morning. Check it then. Still waiting for refund for overage.
Andrea E.The retrieving a code process is daunting and frustrating at time of pickup. Too many steps and glitches. Some of the information could have already been provided in the reservation process. It took us over an hour to go through the pickup process in the dark and rain!
