Didn't have trailer hitch available. Left location and went to Tractor Supply to get one.

Rosa NMuch confusion surrounding the drop off location. It changed on us and made our task more difficult. The problems we encountered were not local issues but miscommunication on the part of the people sending out the information.
TERRY BOnly complaint is that when I was dropping off they didn't seem to have an actual drop off location and the front counter attendant seemed to be in a rush like he was too busy to talk. He was nice, but rushed.

Gregorio CGo U-Haul if moving in town or out. I moved from Huntsville, Tx to Oklahoma. The guys @ U-Haul, Glenn, Randy & Jacob (3 different u-haul locations) real nice, helpful, professional. Can't go wrong-Go U-Haul and skip the stress, worry and save yourself money as well. I'm a 76 year old senior and I'm so elated that I chose U-HAUL!!!
Mylyssa MMake sure the equipment is checked in at the appropriate time so your customers don't get over charged. As a former dealer myself, I have never checked equipment in 2 days later and then charge the customer for extra days use when it was barely 18 hours of use. Especially when the customer even tells you while on site that the equipment is returned at 8:30 in the morning. Check it then. Still waiting for refund for overage.
Andrea EThe retrieving a code process is daunting and frustrating at time of pickup. Too many steps and glitches. Some of the information could have already been provided in the reservation process. It took us over an hour to go through the pickup process in the dark and rain!

Joseph BI think it's dumb that we have to refill the gas when we already spend a bunch of money to get the uhaul in the first place. Also, the website sucks when trying to check in and check out.

AMANDA MJacob (U-Haul) contact at Performance Tinters at Huntsville, TX helped my wife and me with a difficult move. We were able to extend the use of the trailer by several days due to weather and other circumstances. With Jacob running the show no improvements are necessary. U-Haul provides a good service!
