Did not do a walk through, just pulled up truck and said its ready to go. Got on the road and opened the drink holder and was broken on the axle. We had to hold our drinks in our laps. I wish I could have reviewed the truck first.
Ryan J.Great customer service. Had a hard time finding the location, tho. From the u-haul website the address is listed and hyperlinked so when I clicked on it the location came up in my Maps app but was not the actual location. I had to enter the real address to find it.
