The truck had an issue with the fuel tank that caused the overflow protection at every gas station I filled at to initiate after very little flow of fuel. Since the truck was full of our stuff, there was no way I was going to swap trucks which is what U-Haul was indicating we would probably have to do. We just dealt with it taking a very long time to get the tank filled. I would recommend U-Haul partners doing a thorough review of all components in their trucks to ensure customers have no challenges on the road. We needed to get to our destination at a set time.Adam Y.

Worst experience ever! When we opened the back to start loading my daughters furniture there was already furniture and trash on the back. I couldn't even load all her items due to not having enough space. They also gave me the run around about a dolly, sent me 20 miles out the way to pick up a dolly at a closed location and charged me for the extra miles. HORRIBLE experience!Lamonda A.
