As for the location, it was what I needed. I opened the driver door. I was immediately pissed. It was dirty and wreaked of marijuana. The floor was sticky with some type of fluid. The rear of the truck where I had to load and store my belongings was just as freaking dirty. The previous renter left a piece of foam that I just assumed belonged to a twin size bed. Something I HAD TO DISCARD! It wasn’t like I had a choice of trucks. That was the only truck available once again. So needless to say this was my last time utilizing Uhaul. The previous rental was by my daughter. We were driving from Ga. to Ca. She got literally sick as a result. The truck was NOT fit for a cross country trip and filthy. Infested with ants. Once again NO other truck available. I was NOT happy then because she got so sick as a result and could not drive. That truck drove like it had just been sitting for years. Raggedy! Just a freaking gas guzzler. Spider webs, ants blowing out of the heater, wipers shot. To add insult to injury. A road call was due to change headlights and wiper blades, no wiper fluid, just in time before the sky opened up.This rental just proved to me that Uhaul doesn’t value its customers.
Yolanda FortuneThe vehicle I rented had the check engine light on. This truck only had 30k miles and being a mechanic myself this truck should have been serviced before being rented. The truck was clean with minor damage but mechanically this truck should have not been in service. This location is clean and inviting and recommend this to anyone wanting to rent from here.

Tawana DennisJeremy was awesome & patient. We encountered problems with my hitch being 1 7/8" & needing a 2" ball. After 4 trips to Autozone (because ball wouldn't come off), I finally bought a whole new assembly for a 2" ball and got it changed out...and Jeremy was able to get me on my way!!! 👍

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but on 29 June that morning at 12:00 pm whoever was on the shift. He did a phenomenal job, making sure I wasn’t knowledgeable, and provided me with all the services that was needed.
Laquisha BrowningPlease make sure the cabins are deodorized, including the vents. I’ve never smoked, but I felt like I smelled like smoke after riding in the cabin. The smell came through the vents when I had the ac on. It was not pleasant at all.

Sylvia FerrellY'all did great but the movers ,which was alpha wolf movers, I would never recommend. They put mattress on top of television,and top of everything. I sent a message for them to call me back but have not heard from them. I asked them to put a pole for bird feeders in the truck and they didn't. I am furious and missing a cord that I plugged into television that would put my movies on tv from phone. I am furious. They stopped on my time to McDonald's which I paid for and they went to wrong location after I told them it was not Rd it was the one on Montreal circle so that was also waste of my time I paid for. It took me hours and hours to detangle my stuff and stuff fell out of truck because they didn't utilize the space correctly. They were also well it smelt like marijuana smoking. I am furious and would not at all happy with them. They didn't show up until 10:30 to start either. Also they dumped a cooler full of food on the bed of truck. I took pictures of all of this. Tracy GardnerI was not made aware that i would have to load my own vehicle on transport. This delayed me by 2 hours I originally reserved my yruck and transporter from a tve Conyers location on Dogwood where i have rented many times with excelent customer service and attention. Let the client know that this location i(Covington is not full service prior to pickup of an auto transport. When speaking to customer service i was given the choice of refunding the trailer.... how does this resolve the problem of me moving my belongings and car to my new home ?

Tony SpurlingThe process took way too long. The attendant was not able to get the paperwork done and had to call in another person to finish the process. U Haul needs to add tongue jacks to the trailers, they are way to heavy to try and lift. I imagine there are many back problems created for customers and employees.
