I was impressed with the staff. When I arrived to pick up my trailer I received a friendly greeting. The gentleman took my necessary information and he hooked up the trailer and demonstrated how to make Sure everything was secure. He advised me I could return the trailer off hours because they had cameras that would confirm the time and date and I would be changed for the time used only. Very impressive, I was very pleased with my experience with UHaul at the Courthouse location.

This pick up was U-Haul choice, and dispatch took almost 90 minutes.

I was overcharged $5. The rep also didn't know how to change the number of blankets so was over charged again. Finally, UHAUL charged me for an extra day. We dropped it off the next day! We were told to drop it off on Monday by 9 am. We dropped it off Sunday!!!

I was told by a uhaul rep there would be no extra charge for an extra day since the location was closed on Monday but ai woke up to a $324 bill anyway. The person I talked to at Pendleton claims I brought back the Uhaul on Monday when I actually dropped it off in Sunday and put the key in the drop box. Just a LOT of confusion.

Other than the cab of the truck being filthy and part of a hamburger bun on the floor the rental was fine. The ease of mobile pick up was fantastic.

I had another location scheduled to drop off but was turned away bc they were full which caused additional mileage. This final location I dropped off was 2 miles from home but was not offered when choosing my location online to save $25. So I drove 13 miles out of my way and at my expense to return it near my house. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth

1. Explaining hazardous situation to customers 2. not try and send customers 1hr and plus minutes to pick up 3. Don’t be rude and tell me “ I have 11yrs of experience at U-Haul, and never heard of this before”. I called to the 888 number and the guy was very rude and when I set the the pick up it was close enough then the next day the call me and said no they don’t have it anymore go to a different location 1 hr and some away!!!! This experience was with customer service not the location

When changing a pick up location that's 20 miles away, uhaul shouldn't charge me 20 miles or the distance between my original pick up location and the new one

This was the easiest drop off for a Uhaul truck I've ever had.

The truck with my furniture had to sit over night in the rain. Unfortunately the truck did leak a bit so some of our household goods got wet. Not a major problem for us but might be really bad for other customers.

Exceptional customer service with a friendly dog that greets you at the door! We were late coming back for the car carrier and they stayed until we arrived! They even hooked it up for us. We were very thankful for their service and couldn’t have asked for a better U-Haul Service Center.

It was filthy and I stood there for 10 min until a man peaked around a corner and could barely walk to come out. He didn't ask how I was or how the truck was. I said i would never give this truck to someone. I said I scrubbed the inside and sprayed it and he just looked up at me and could careless.

This location had n issue "pulling up" my contract number....but, when they put the trailer ID# in the computer it came up with the SAME contract # I told them 3 times. The location is a small, local riding mower dealer and hasn't been "upgraded" in quite awhile. Then, as I'm puling into the above drop off location I get a text changing my location! Sorry! Too late! Who messed up that part of the communication?

First of all, you did not have a truck ready for me at the location I requested which was next to my storage facility. I had to drive an additional fifteen or more miles to get the truck, then you charged me for the extra miles. What a "Rip-Off"! I will never use your services again.

The inside of the truck was dirty and had to be cleaned out prior to loading furniture/other home items in it. Other than that had no other issues with registration and/or close out.
