Dollie’s weren’t in vehicle

William RGuy didn't come in to receive my rental at 9:30 am. Employee had to call him to come in. He had two customers scheduled at 9:30. He didn't inspect the equipment or do any paperwork. He had a shitty attitude and acted like I was keeping him from his video games. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. But I controlled my temper and didn't kick his ass, but that would have helped him at all. He's just a sorry individual and generally that can't be fixed.
