I had my storage with Kyle at Pedigo Storage for quite awhile. I closed my storage out, but went back for a truck rental. Kyle is very pleasant, very professional. The place and equipment are spotless. Kyle makes it simple, and pleasant to rent.

Joe LThe side of the truck says local and in city for $19.95 but that's false advertising as the actual charges are pay per mile after $19.95 is charged. I will not be using U-Haul again as your pricing is too expensive and not worth it. The 2019 Chevy box truck was the single worse vehicle I have ever driven. No steering wheel or seat adjustment made for a greatly uncomfortable ride and positioned me too close to the air bags. The AC cuts in and out as a gas saving "feature" but this is Texas where AC is a necessity. The manual crank arm for the window jutting into the side of my leg in the cramped cabin. Doesn't have to be a Lariat by any means but even an economy plane seat has more space and comfort than that truck. Only further makes up my mind to not use U-Haul.

matthew mThe truck sounded as if it was going to have a few problems while changing gears on the freeway. That made me a little nervous however I was ok so I would focus on the maintenance of some of the older trucks or just use them for intown travel.

Ezequiel BJust want to say great service! I called after hours not expecting someone to answer. But the call was answered, and I was able to validate the equipment I needed was there. Went on line and placed the hold on the equipment and was able to pick it up the next day. As soon as I arrived I was greeted at the door place was very cleaned and smelled good. I will definitely go back for any moving and or get a rental storage when needed. Thanks again!!! 5 plus review!!!!!

Henry HThe person didn't seem to know a lot about what he was doing. He didn't answer my questions but instead made a question. Later, after the equipment was returned, on another deal I called to ask about what the price would be for renting a small cargo van. He could not give me a price or help me try to figure my own cost even after I gave him the information of where I was going and gave him the miles to be driven. The best I got from him was " well U-Haul charge $0.59 a mile for the first 100 miles, then less after that." Well, how much less?
