Your online ordering is for the birdS! It frustrated me to no end!! The truck and people we worked with were great! But U-Haul never gave me access to my ordering information no matter how many times I tried to “create an account”. I tried to add a trailer to my order but the website would not let me without adding another truck. I originally requested a 5:30pm drop off time but without any notification the order was created for 9am drop off which was frustrating. I would have liked for the online ordering to take me seriously on what time I needed to drop off. Thankfully we were able to make it work with an early entry to our new house. The only thing that made this a simple experience was the people at the drop off and pick up locations.

Dropped truck off at 4 pm. UHAUL person was off duty at 3 pm, so we could not officially check truck in which was a strange experience. They gave us a small handwritten note say truck was returned. When I called the 1-800 #, the Uhaul Rep acted like it was no big deal. We wanted an official document showing the truck had been returned.

The place was not the problem, it is u-haul that is the problem The people I dealt with where helpful. U-Haul needs to completely redo their computer system, when you reserve in something in advance it should be there. It was explained to me that if example uhaul has 5000 trucks available for the weekend that 6000 people decide they want to move., which is a good example but my reply was how about in your system when you reach the 5000 rented mark YOU STOP TAKING RESERVATIONS for things you don't have. Not really difficult to figure it out. This was the second time in three weeks I have had the same kind of result with uhaul they end up getting the truck for me but it is at minimum 5 hours late. VERY DISSCUSTED with uhaul. Sincerely, Brian

The location in Peculiar offered excellent customer service! We had issues with our reservation made on the phone by uhaul’s 800 number more than once! Peculiar was able to get them fixed and very quickly! Highly recommend them!

Deliver equipment and supplies to one pick up location so the customer doesn’t have to deal with multiple pickup locations and split orders. Ensure all rental equipment is reserved and available at time of pick up.

Reserved a truck and appliance dolly but dolly was not there. Had to go to another location miles away to get dolly. Other than that everything was great.

Looks the truck was not wheel balance and alignment from long time. Truck looks nice abut when you drive, it not good experience at normal speed.
