Small paint store and was closed when I arrvied. Left key in drop box.

michael kI did a night drop off of the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas and on the receipt this location said I left it with less than 1/8 which resulted in fuel charges. I had to call U-Haul directly and send them a picture proving that their information was incorrect. Will not be using this location in the future.

WILLIAM BStore was closed - sign read making a delivery, call........ I called and got VM. Could not leave a VM as the box was full. Left keys & contract in the drop box and received a receipt via email the next morning. No issues, as all went smooth once I received the receipt with a $0.00 balance due. :)

Kathryn SI didn’t really go in the building. The site was a dirt parking lot but the gentleman receiving the truck was friendly and efficient. I was out of there in 5 minutes.

lauren hMade reservation online.An insurance was annotated on your application and I couldn’t delete it.At time of pickup of rental unit,I asked that the insurance be deleted as I have auto insurance that would provide converage. Insurance was not deducted from final bill.Would like that refunded to me.
Robert PRental vehicle wasn’t even checked back into system. The worker at store couldn’t find keys and needed to call her boss to ask where the keys were. Mileage was incorrect on previous renter which caused 3 calls to be made. I reserved 5 dozen furniture pads. After scavaging the facility we found 28 which is less than half of what I ordered. Vehicle has extensive scratches and damaged to skirting below trailer. It took 90 minutes to get the rental truck at Pearl Paints.
