No one was there when I scheduled the pick up. When I called there was no answer after discovering no one at the pick up location. My call was returned after a few minutes by an individual that identified themselves as the owner. I explained I was there for a reserved pick up that I had paid for on line. The individual said that was not possible and the only was they would release the raider was if I gave a credit card. I said I would not pay again and they were disrespectful, told me I was wrong that I needed to call the corporate office and hung up on me. Poor customer service at this location. And I was correct, the regional manager took care of the problem on the phone and had me take the trailer from the location since I had previously paid for it. Not the way to treat a customer. The manager did a great job, much appreciated.Jeffrey W.

There was a scheduling error regarding pick up time for the vehicle by the provider. Did not obtain the vehicle on time due to the error. The 99 cent per mile charge seems excessive.James F.

Rented a Car Dolly, On 02-17-17 at 2:30 pm and returned it on 02-18-17 at 12:10 pm That was a week ago and is not marked as returned yet a week ago, What a crook. Please get this straightened Out ( SOON )gary C.

I lost money due to the fact my reservation for a 26' truck that was to be picked up in Grove city Pa. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I received no phone call and was shocked when I arrived. I had to drive an additional 40 miles and pay extra for milage. I will NEVER use your service again! I had movers set up waiting, and the extra mileage added hours to the trip, and i had to pay for your mistake. The only redeeming factor was the manager at the Grove city location. She got me a 17', but that was not big enough to finish the job. Extremely poor!!JOE W.

I had made several attempts to call and fix my rental agreement. They had my name spelled wrong, pick-up time wrong, and did not have correct equipment provided when needed. I had to call to confirm everything was correct two days before pick-up and they still had the wrong drop-off location listed and wrong equipment. I will not work with this location again.aron F.

This place was the biggest joke. Not only was it an hour after the scheduled pick-up time that they arrive to open a business, then they couldn't connect to U-Hauls website and complete my reservation. And to top it off, they shorted me to Furniture pads, that I was liable for when I arrive to my destination. U-Haul please remove all inventory from this place and give it to somebody else.Aron C.

The UHaul location is also an Apothecary Shoppe. It is better than the typical dirty garage that many are. The 24 hour drop-off is convenient.Dale K.
. I had a text that I was to go to Sandy Lake ( another 20 miles round trip) to pick up the rental truck.I would have rather paid for a larger truck in Gove City If I had the option. The agent was unable to access your website on his computer for 20 minutes. That location did not open until 10:00 am , an hour later and further away than I had planned.James F.

the owner was not at the place when we arrived. we were supposed to get our truck at 12pm, and the owner never arrived until 1230pm. he had to go pickup his wife and kids and bring them back to the store. poor servieMAGGIE S.

I reserved a truck and appliance dolly a full week in advance BUT no dolly was was supplied. Grrrrrrrrr! Thankfully I had enough muscle to handle my appliances.Gary W.
