The place was dirty and smells very bad as there was a big trash bin. The owner told me that he wasn't having a enough space even though there was two spots available. But, the store owner accepted the trailer after begging him. I was happy at last.

Couldn’t get in touch with anyone to drop the trailer and no one was there, even at 10 am, so we dropped the trailer. I finally got in touch with someone around 2 in the afternoon.

The drop off was a liquor store in an undesirable location. The person spoke broken English and could only repeat "call corporate office. I can do nothing for you here" when I was being charged extra for mileage.

I paid for a dolly but it was not in truck. Please just make sure all equipment is there but overall it was nice.

Better train contracted U-Haul representatives. The man that helped me at this location was very unsure about everything.

Horrible experience with the dealer. I reserved a tow trailer online 3+ hours in advance, but the dealer took almost an hour (48min) completing his part of the process. He was very rude and constantly left me to assist other customers make purchase at his liquor store. He was not familiar with the UHaul booking system and asked for documents/information that was not required... Upon my return, his doors were locked, as if he wanted to make sure that my return would be late... minutes later, he walked from round his build and stated stated "you are late" as he laughed and insisted that I pay for another day! He did not bother to check-in the equipment. I called customer service 20 minutes later and the rep stated that the trailer still had not been checked-in.... I also noticed that the dealer time stamped my pick time roughly 22 minutes prior to me being given a receipt and "ok" to leave with the trailer.... I will never use that location again.

Place was trash, dude didn't know what he was doing. I spent an hour at the counter while he tried to figure out how to rent me a single trailer. He was an asshole, the place was disgusting. I would cancel my trip it plans before I step for in that place again.
