This store was good. The process was horrible. I will not be using uhaul again. The reservation I made a month ago was worthless because your people did not do their job. I had 3 different locations before I got the truck. Horribly disappointing

The mileage was off. The papers said the wrong starting mile. I only did 26 miles and it had me doing 60 miles. All I did was take some things to my storage.

Nothing ita a waste of time, a two sided business cant co-exist. I was up charge and i just took the truck to move me and my wife plus kids. Had to go threw hell how did my price of 39 a day to almost 60 something dollars plus the dolly and the safe insurance man so tried to but one on me

Closed when I turned the vehicle in. Vehicle had over the required amount of fuel and I received an invoice being charged for fuel. I sent the individual an email to that effect. Tried to call the number that was provided when I dropped off vehicle, 1 day early by the way. No answer.

I am very disappointed in my experience from the ground up. I scheduled to pick up my truck at 9AM with Mobile pickup which was available on the website, but the store does not offer mobile pickup so I had to wait till 5 after 10 when the manager showed up to open the store. There were 4 other families waiting so add that to the time line as well. While waiting I called customer service to try to figure out a resolution 4 different times and was told to contact the district sales manager Jenna who never answered her phone. One customer service representative told me Jenna was on her way but she never showed. I had to pay my hired movers for the extra hour and a half of the poorly managed situation. I was handed the Store managers phone to talk to Jenna who told me to call her later in the day and she has yet to answer her phone almost 2 weeks later and her mailbox has stayed full. One Customer service rep gave me the sales managers number to South Carolina who I called and left a message but never heard back from. Upon dropping off the truck I filled out information in the app saying the fees were unfair and that triggered a message saying I would be contacted in the next 48 hours, yet to hear that as well. From Corporate to Local this whole deal has been terrible, way to expensive, and some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

My appointment was 1:30pm but do to the lady hitting credit when she should've use debit several times my card declined and I had to wait a hour. On top of that I had to rush to move my stuff, only to get back and they was closed around 6:10 pm. The lady could not speak proper English and she did not understand what I was asking her. Poor service ??
