This location does a very good job. Your online customer service, in this particular instance, just about screwed up my reservation if not for a fortunate coincidence.

Steve MPrior to leaving the site they told me I needed to verify fuel and mileage was as indicated on the receipt. If these were correct then I was all set to go. No mention of having to take pictures of the truck, which seems to have lead to problems when my return was completed.

john gGuys were great and rates reasonable.....but do realize the added insurance is PER DAY(not over the total rental time).
Carolyn OMy only complaint would be the fact that it was raining, but y'all can't do anything about that. Other than that, everything went smooth and easy.
Kevin MI'm frustrated that the tail light ended up going out on my dolly... Which increased the danger level for me, especially when driving through the mountains and had to slow down and use my hazards which I realize was redundant because no one could see my blinking light. With the left tail light out on the dolly I should get a refund. We'll see if U-Haul actually does that or not

john MI have issue when I pick up my track. After several calls it has been solved. So, it is below my expectation. i checked in with mobile app then had no any response. It seems the system was down. In additional, the last rep was good to help me get the code for the key. When returned the truck, I was asked to submit multiple photos. Three things I want to mention here; 1. The example photo was not clear to which angle I need to take the photos. 2. what does ''equipment' mean? It looks like this word means truck or the tool in the truck. I am confused. 3. The photo sequence may be optimized. After a tired move, I need to open and close the rear door multiple times which is not good.
