Dropped truck off after hours. Nice big space to park the truck, and easy to leave key in the drop box. Received my receipt in my email the very next day. Could not be easier.

The vehicle wouldn’t start MULTIPLE TIMES! In fact, EVERY SINGLE TIME we shut the vehicle off we HAD to jump it!!!!!

The gal inside was lovely but told me that they DON'T unhook equipment and that I had to do it. I am 67 years old with a shoulder injury. After years of dealing with UHaul I have never had anyone tell me that. She finally found a mechanic inside to do it. I had to wair outside in the heat for sometime for him to come out. He then complained about it and told me that all of their park spaces were full and didn't know where to put it. I don't believe that this was my issue just as detaching the trailer was also not my responsibility. After driving through mountains hauling a heavy trailer for 2 days alone and being exhausted, I shouldn't have to put up with that.

Hours of operation should be later than 6. Tough for an average working person to schedule a rental and pick it up on a weekday with an average work schedule.

The only thing wrong with the vehicle is the handle for the passenger window was not attached. I had to hold the handle in place to open/close the window.

The truck I reserved was not available the day of pick up. I got a message that I would have to drive 30 miles to pick one up, and had to push to get a discount for my inconvenience at having to take a smaller truck. This was very different than any other experience I've had with UHaul.

The truck was FULL of ants, the mirrors are rusted in place and could not be moved and the steering is so loose any speed above 35 mph was impossible.

When we were redirected to this location for a van, we spent over an hour - OVER AN HOUR - trying to get registered. It certainly was NOT the attendant's fault. The new computer software just would not work correctly. Oh yeah, one big thing. If my son wasn't with us with his smart phone (my wife and I have the old flip phones) we wouldn't have gotten the van. To get a vehicle, the customer has to have a smart phone to take a picture of the QR code on the computer screen which takes you to an internet link where you need to take a picture of both sides of your driver's license (another thing my flip phone doesn't have) and upload it. Well, my son downloaded the QR app. He took pictures of the QR code and my drivers license, but the computer's program would not acknowledge it or upload it. Eventually, the attendant had to call a different person who walked him through an alternative way of getting us our van and out the door. Word to the wise, it you do not have a smart phone, you will not get a rental from U-Haul.

The drop off location was changed as well from my original location. The girl working here just told me to leave the trailer where ever I could find space - she never came out to verify that I actually left anything. I asked for a receipt confirming that I returned the trailer and she wrote a note on the back of a cash register receipt. I am very less than impressed with UHaul.

i made my reservation a month before my departure for june 22. some representative changed the date to june 23 and screwed up my trip. i had friends arranged to drive the uhaul back on june 22 and they had to leave. i am 74 years old and i had to drive the uhaul 400 miles by myself which meant i had to stop more and uhaul cost more.

No way to park your car at this location. Makes it hard to do a move if you’re alone. Also, ROYAL MOVING should be taken off your moving help list. They never showed up. I called at 10:30am and this young boy stated he would arrive at approx 11am. At 11am no show and would only reply, at first, thru text..saying running late..a mover would come within 8 min and another “in a few”. I asked what “a few” was apprx and the male kept saying he would call back. This was at 12:32. At that point, my husband called him to cancel. The most unprofessional feelings I’ve had with a “company.” The boy sounded young and was talking so low and unprofessional, I had to ask him if I was waking him. Texts to prove. They do not deserve to be affiliated with U-Haul in any capacity. Eventually sent an apology text, but I did not respond at that point and moved my bed myself. The crazy thing was, I told the make yesterday when he asked what there was to move, that is was only a King bed. That was it. I reserved them for 2 hours and the move took not even 20 min to load and 7 apprx minutes to unload. It’s unfortunate these people were so unprofessional and lacked total empathy for time and showing up at all. Asked for a refund on U-Haul.

Did a cross country trailer tow. Had never done one before and it was the easiest part of the trip. It was stupid simple to hook up and stayed on the hitch even when I got on the gas a little too much. Virginia to California. Easiest and most affordable way to go.

I like to speak with someone about this rental. I was relocated and not provided a location. Also I ended up extending my personal schedule because of this relocation. If I had known I would have been relocated, I would have cancelled the reservation and went with another company. I also had to pay more in millage without being asked.

Advertisement price should be close to actual. My total was $95 and truck says 29.95. Service was slow.

Not the on-site manager's fault, but I reserved equipment at a facility that the website stated could help me hook it all up, and he could not help me with loading the car. I had to wing it. Website monitors need to be more aware of stated requests/needs.

The Appliance Dolly that I rented for $10.00 was defective. When I strapped a 5' file cabinet to the dolly, the right wheel would not roll. Also, I was not informed that my personal belongings were at risk to water damage due to a temporary tape repair done to the top of the cab/box. U-Haul Rep. lacked communication; would not answer my question and cost me money- I feel like a sucker. Never Again!
