Corey Mlocation and reps were awesome but the uhaul app is uselss, the app kept crashing on my phone, then kept asking me to sign in.
ALEX HService was excellent equipment was pretty good but we did have an issue with our car dolly. One of the locking pins for the skids/ramps was missing and zip tied into place but we failed to notice it until we had loaded the truck and we're ready to load the car. we were able to get it to our destination reported The U-Haul dropped off, said they would take it out of. Mahalo, Everything.

Neira AThe location is a small local store where they sell old used stuff, it is dark inside with not lights on, dirty and smells dog because they have a dog inside. You won't find what you need in that particular store.

ANTHONY CThe store is a cluttered thrift shop. The store owner is very nervous and socially awkward which makes the interaction uncomfortable. He's relatively nice but not overly helpful. Thankfully the drop off process is easy enough it doesn't take long.

Wesley ENo personnel were at the location. I had returned my dolly to,the location where I picked up, the trailer since I did not need it at my destination. I would not have wanted to leave the dolly in an open trailer in a parking lot with other businesses. I will not use that location again.

RoseMary KThe attendant was very attentive, kind and helpful. The place doesn't have an area to wash equipment that is probably why the truck had dry mud on it.
MIGUEL RTruck was dirty when I received it. The cargo was dirty and had to swept could use a good wash with water. The cab was dirty as well it had crumbs and Liquid stains. The truck didn't run too smooth it definitely needs a tune up.

Juan CTheir hours of operation are not customer friendly opening @ 10 AM My truck was suppose to have have blankets it did not and with them not being open for another 2 hours made it extremely difficult. Your customer support actually hung up on me while I was trying to resolve the blanket issue Wow! I will say Sid at the sight did go out of his way to make it right once he knew the situation @ 10:00 AM. Overall I have found U-Haul only to be as good as the local site and there online and phone support is suspect. To top it all off they tried to send me to a site that had no U-Haul services at all for drop off I have the text to prove it and when I called customer support they verified the bogus address!!!!!!!!!!!! Luckily I knew I would get great service at 1901 Eubank NE and requested the switch and got great service. I don't plan on moving anytime soon, but I would be wary of U-haul unless I knew the location.

thomas kMy service guy was great. The location was closed when I returned the equipment. I did have a hard time getting the trailer to release from the hitch. It would have been nice if the equipment was updated and had a crank wheel fir easier release.
