I was given false information from Kayla about availability of an enclosed rental unit. It took hours to find another. Reserved a trailer for one day. Checkout okay, returned trailer 1.50 hours later, staff told me they would check it in. 6 hours later, big nope. Called, Kayla stated oh, let me do that from my phone, you should get email confirmation in about 2 minutes. Another big nope. Called office line again, they FINALLY got it checked in. RENTER BEWARE!! I’ll NEVER do business with this location again.

The place was closed Friday upon dropping off the trailer. There were several people, customers waiting to return and get some trailers and no workers and closed.

Janus MLocation did not have keys available in lockbox for our 8am pick up. We had to wait for them to arrive when they opened at 9am and didn’t get to leave until nearly 930am. The U-haul was filthy not only in the container itself, but the cab was filled with dog hair and the dash was covered in food. Due to already being an hour and a half behind schedule we decided to just deal with it. U-haul was also provided with less than 1/4 tank of gas in it. Very frustrating and unhappy with this experience.
Aubrey SNoone came out and looked at truck with me like they had done previously. They did come out and give me back my I.D. they forgot before I left. When I returned they had their teen go get the mileage, no one told me what the final charge was since I had not driven as far as expected. I waited for a bit before they realized they hadn't finished.Tgeir dogs were in the office so I stood outside. I still haven't been charged and don't know what the total was. My husband and I had had a great experience the previous time, but I won't be going back again.

Jennifer RI had reserved a truck on line prior to picking up due to needing to pick up and go quickly. Arrived at rental locatin , found note on door to call. Nothing on my online reservation was on hand and had to give informstion all over again, wasting my time. Then a young boy arrived with keys and agent had me do the visual inspection over the phone. Like it was self service. Return was the same. Not the customer service I iexpected.

Daniel STwisted Coastal was Great! But I had reserved my uhaul early with dates and time with the Uhaul on Rodd Field CC tx. They called me the day of and said they could not give me the truck I had reserved. That the soonest I would get it would be 6PM on sat. I had workers and halpers lined up for 12:00 that day. Easter was the following day so I would not have helpers and Uhaul is closed on Easter so I would have to keep truck until Monday. She then asked could she find me another truck and I said yes! She said is 20 miles away ok and I said sure. So this would let me keep my correct reservation on Sat from 12-5. So I got ready and looked at the text that sent me directions and it was in ARansas Pass! 45 minutes away. So I had to drive 45 min there and 45 min back and did not have enough time to do everything I needed. Plus, I was charged for mileage and gas for a Uhaul 45 min. away; which I did not reserve in the first place. Coastal Was great. They couldn't even understand why they sent me that far. I am not happy with Uhaul. Coastal in Aransas Pass were great, polite and very helpful

Michael SBad tire. Had to call roadside assistance. I told the representative that the tire was bad- and to make sure they had a replacement. The guy showed up with no tire and no way to fix the equipment. Luck there was a U-Haul dealer close and was able to change out equipment. Disappointed that it took 3-4 hours to handle the issue.

We were lucky to have this one to go to. Will always utilize this location for our future needs. Not going to mess around anywhere else.
