It clearly had the permissions on my phone, and I have photos of the location services setting to prove it. There is clearly a technical issue on your app.and so I was unable to complete the return in the app.

Ismel SThe truck was very clean only problem it seemed to have was the transmission kept kicking down in lower gear. Did not like the mountains. The people at this location were very nice and helpful but because of overload of customers were out of several supplies, i.e. blankets and certain sized boxes. Only other complaint was technology-have to have a Smartphone??? Live in an area with no cell service until get to town. This once again is not directed to this location but to U-Haul.
edith wPatriot Uhaul is the absolute best place to rent your truck from. I use them weekly and have never had a bad experience. I have seen them help seniors walk through the rental process so patiently. I have seen them handle phone orders patiently. They're definitely tops with customer service and it shows with all their rewards they have on their walls. Will definitely rent from them over and over again.
JAVIER CI was a bit frustrated when I made this reservation. I went to pick up the cargo van on September 18, and had to wait to be helped. Eventually the employee decided to come inside and assist me. We went through the reservation and everything sounded good. I tried to confirm that the base rate would still be the 19.95, even if I kept it a little longer than the allotted time frame. She said yes indeed it would still be the same low base rate. She then proceeded to say I could just keep it til the next morning, if I needed it. I told her an estimate of how many miles I thought I would need. She said everything would still be the same price. I used the van and ended up returning it after hours that same evening. Checked it back in online and left the keys. Then the next morning I called to confirm everything, and the final price. She said that it would be much more expensive (about double) what she had quoted me the previous morning. I questioned this. She said that I went beyond a certain number of miles and that Uhaul as a company automatically adjusts the daily rate to a higher one. She then proceeded to tell me that by this going into effect, I somehow ended up saving about 7 dollars. Wow. I tried to explain that I was frustrated that this had not been made clear to me when I first picked up the vehicle, and she just acted like it was not an issue. I don’t appreciate this way of handling the transaction, on her end. She acted shady and careless. I will never rent from this location again. No thanks.
