I normally dont have a problem with uhaul but this was the worst none of my thing were where I asked for them I drove out to get what I requested at least 2 weeks prior I know it was the beginning of a new month but I even had one rude women who worked for the uhaul give me attitude when I explained my situation! I just want better service over all everyone understands that moving is difficult especially to a different state! Not this location was an issue! They were great! And very nice! The worker here at the site great customer service!

Oh where do I start? The location was filthy, we waited in the front for a few minutes before having to actually go around back to find some one to help us, the truck was dirty in the cab and the truck was parked in a tight location on the owners back lot and were not offered any assistance to move the truck to a safe place to do a full inspection on the damages of the uhal it self. Overall from the owner being beyond unprofessional, cursing and expressing many times how much Uhal is a joke and how they will just about anybody be a dealer and that shows in this case. Had the truck for 24 hours Returned the truck next morning and no was around (9am) but big sign on the door to just drop the keys off so I couldn't be there to verify miles, gas etc, it was reported we drove an extra 15 miles than what we actually drove accoring from both Google and Waze Maps, we picked up the uhal at haft a tank and returned it at haft a tank and was still charged for 3 gallons of gas. This place is a joke and UHAl needs to regulate these neighborhood dealers

I received wonderful service at this location. I was able to rent an appropriate trailer and was given excellent assistance getting everything hooked up.

Broken back door took hour to open completely . On the phone with customer service who just told me the gm would be calling me back about issues on credit card charges . Over 1 hour on phone and never got called back . Tried to say I had a half tank of fuel when leaving station but actually had a quarter tank . Good thing I took a photo when I was leaving of fuel ! I want a refund this was horrible experience

Took 40 minutes to check out after reserving truck online as directed so could show up get keys and move. No employee had to do paperwork again on the computer when arrived. Had wrong email address never changed. Had to call uhaul. Wrong amount gas never changed so had to call uhaul. Unnecessary time and energy aoent when daylight was burning. Very unorganized. Unable to return as eas directed on paperwork. Had to call uhaul. 3 phones calls on top of wasted time at rental site.

I was charged for extra mileage when I drove only to house then to other house Google said 203 miles allowed 240 but somehow went 19 miles over. The truck was filthy couldn't see out the windows had to wash them inside and out.

Place was dirty and seedy. The guy that helped us was very slow.

We dropped off at 3pm and the location was closed. It was difficult to find as the signage is non existent. It felt sketchy.
